We ordered from Baggins gourmet last night from our hotel in Tucson last night! The Broccoli soup was so delicious, and my husband got the Unforgettable and he said it was the best sandwich ever! Also, the carrot cake is to die for…..We highly recommend this restaurant. It should be rated well over a 10! ❤️❤️

Not going to Baggins by StemPump anymore. Charged me for an item listed as “Complimentary”, then refused to correct it saying the menu showing it as “No Charge” was “old”. Woman who I assume was the manager left me waiting to order for several minutes while she counted cash. She didn’t even greet me. Finally I cam especially for one of their daily soups, but was told they were out of both.

Every time we order something online from this location we are missing items. Literally 4 out of 5 orders, which is why i’m leaving this review. I get the busyness of the location but it is ridiculous to have that many issues when we order. Most of the time the sandwiches are fine, we end up missing half the sides ordered. Baggins is not overly expensive but they are not exactly inexpensive to be having this many misses. Super frustrating and we are getting to the point where we will no longer order from here.

Every other time I order food to go from here they manage to mess up the simplest requests. Wrong bread, asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes (this is their most common one lol), forget to add onions when asked… it’s all incredibly simple requests not anything too complex or overly demanding. They’re so consistent with this that I almost expect my order to be screwed up (which is great bc it keeps my expectations low and then Baggins doesn’t disappoint!).

15$ for the “Unforgettable”. One thin slice of deli turkey and rest of the sandwich stuffed with sprouts. The name is fitting, I will never forget what rip off this was.

Do not go to the Baggins on Cortaro. They run out of things and don’t tell you until you go to pick it up. They run out and don’t tell you of their Flash Sales. They close early and post that they are still open. Worst Baggins in the Tucson area is Cortaro. You get 1 star.

We love this place. A bit on the spendy side for a sandwich, but really good. The fresh cooked cookies are amazingly good, too!

First time my husband has complained about the food from the Oro Valley Baggins. He had his one of two favorite items from there, a Cowboy chicken sandwich. He said it was the worst Cowboy he'd ever had. The chicken was dry and he had to drink water to wash it down. I hope this isn't repeated when I order an Anazasi.
