I am shook. I’ve been a fan of Baggins for awhile but my recent visit for lunch has me ready to take a loan out for a family of 4– $76 dollars for a sandwich lunch where the bread was so soggy when we got home it stuck to the paper it’s wrapped in (photo below from peeling it off the paper to eat). Their kids meals are limited so you end up trying to create a turkey sandwich meal at adult prices. I asked the person at the register the best and cheapest way to do it if I have two kids and looking for turkey sandwiches. She gave me an option where each kid gets a half turkey sandwich with chips and drink. That costs $30. But a full sandwich with all the bells and whistles (no drink and a side) costs $15. So why not say get a full sandwich, and a drink and chip for the kids to share???? That would be $10 less. They don’t show you the charges as they ring them up so you’re in it blind a bit especially when I’m asking the best options because for some reason kids only enjoy grilled cheese and peanut butter and jelly? When I went to inquire after looking at my receipt all they did was do the same computations I did in my head and just say yeah sorry it’s expensive for kids. We just had our last baggins meal, sadly. It’s very unaffordable for families & the lack of accommodations is interesting to say the least. In an area with lots of fixed income residents, may be a good idea to accommodate the families that are spending money and trying to support local but I can’t at these prices and lack luster treatment.

I visited 9/17. It was terrible. I was given poor service. People who were behind me got their orders before me. A guest who was behind me got her order before me. Another guest with the same sandwich order got hers before me. It took nearly 12 minutes to get my order, and it was soggy. Will not return.

If you've never has a High Baggins sandwich, you're doing something wrong in life! The best egg salad sandwich ever!! Its a Tucson staple! Always comes with a delicious soft baked chocolate chip cookie! And you must try their spiced tea and sun tea!
(A bit pricey, but you pay for quality!)

This location does not measure up to the hype. Sandwiches tasted fine. The service sucks. The lady at the counter felt like she was doing us a favor. No bread but took the order for a bread bowl salad. When all the other sandwiches were ready we were told that there was no bread for the bread bowl salad. The replacement took a while.

The sandwiches are well made. The pasta salads and soups are flavorful.
The staff is kind and courteous.
I highly recommend the Unforgettable Sandwich!!
We ordered from Baggins gourmet last night from our hotel in Tucson last night! The Broccoli soup was so delicious, and my husband got the Unforgettable and he said it was the best sandwich ever! Also, the carrot cake is to die for…..We highly recommend this restaurant. It should be rated well over a 10! ❤️❤️
Great sandwiches
They need to hired more employees they take more orders than what they can handle. 25 minutes for an order and bunch of people in line waiting. Only 2 employees walking around and 4 in the kitchen just chatting
