Had a pick-up order, I ask if the chips ordered were ion the bag and was assured that they were, however they were not. I can't even leave a voice message to have someone contact me. I had a order for seven people. If go there again I will have to make sure everything is there before I leave.
Well handled situation by ManagerAs I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff(manager) to "give him an extra soup". She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. Food was delicious. I had the chicken Caesar salad, my wife the roast beef and we loved both. Our two desserts were fantastic. I had the lemon cake, nice and moist and great icing. She had the cream cheese iced brownie. A great experience overall.
