Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches at Orange Grove

Apathetically served expensive sandwiches with fresh ingredients. I ordered 2 sandwiches. Prep time was reasonable (10 min) but when they’re busy it can take 20. I was handed my order and was on my way. Hungry, tired and ill, the turkey sandwich would ease the pain. Sadly only 1 sandwich was in the bag. I went back. Mistakes happen but the unapologetic apathetic way I was handed the second sandwich was a sad reflection of the state of the world. And/or they were high.

A really pleasant sandwich with a delicious little cookie. They spiced tea is cinnamon and INCREDIBLY strong, like a red hot.

I use to love eating at Baggins and got the Albuquerque Turkey everytime. But for some reason they changed the recipe and it's absolutely disgusting, and now I'll never go there again. Which makes me sad. Stop cutting the important corners or you'll end up like a bunch of other fast food chains that end up closing 90% of their stores because they've taken all the items people actually like, off the menu. Or changing the recipe to cheap alternative ingredients. Just stop before it's too late.

First off I wish I had a photo to share, but I don’t. And I also wish I could put zero stars.My girlfriend went there tonight to get a salad for herself, a chicken Caesar salad, and a sandwich for her son. She got home and it was just a bowl full of lettuce, no chicken ,no dressing no nothing. She called and got a hold of the manager Jacob and he said there’s nothing he can do. In fact, he even suggested in his way that it was her fault. That she should’ve either read the order back to the person who took the order or and this baffles my mind to bring the bowl full of lettuce back to the store and show them. she lives 10 minutes away and is a regular customer and he said it was out of his hands and that there’s nothing he can do. We will no longer be going to the store. This is the most ridiculous thing I think I’ve ever heard of. Any other restaurant would’ve either made a new salad for her or given her a credit. This place is horrible! It’s gonna be a cold day in hell before we go back there anytime soon.

Awesome sandwiches love the meatball sub

I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but I’ve come to this location a few times now and each time was horrible. The first time I placed a online order and came in after ten or so minutes of placing the order, well the supervisor got rude with me and made me wait over 25 mins in a empty restaurant for my sandwich. This time my order was completely wrong. Yes they were busy today but I paid extra to have certain things on my sandwich and the whole sandwich is just wrong. This is a crappy location.

The food is amazing.

I placed an order for 2 sandwiches on line. I checked off what not to put on them and gave special notes. They came the opposite way. We took a few bites and threw them out.

I ordered for delivery through their website and unfortunately didn’t sign up for an account, I also didn’t get an email confirmation about anything so I can’t go and request a refund. But when I got my Unforgettable sandwich there was no meat lol just sprouts and cheese and cream cheese. I checked the receipt on the bag and it said unforgettable no tomato on GC bread and add cheese, but yeah. No meat
:( I literally just spent $30 to have a sandwich delivered to work and they forgot the inside of the sandwich.
