Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches at Orange Grove

I ordered for delivery through their website and unfortunately didn’t sign up for an account, I also didn’t get an email confirmation about anything so I can’t go and request a refund. But when I got my Unforgettable sandwich there was no meat lol just sprouts and cheese and cream cheese. I checked the receipt on the bag and it said unforgettable no tomato on GC bread and add cheese, but yeah. No meat
:( I literally just spent $30 to have a sandwich delivered to work and they forgot the inside of the sandwich.

This place was terrible and treated us very disrespectfully. They messed up my sandwich twice, which already cost almost $20, then blamed it on my husband. He gave a clear order each time. When I called for a refund they literally just hung up on me. This place is completely terrible.

It's just good ?

Took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. However the staffs were very attentive, they gave out free cookies every 10 mins to waiting customers. They even offered me a free dessert because of the long wait. So 5 stars for customer service. But could be better with the waiting time.
