First off, expect a wait.. But it was completely worth it! Good things come to those who wait? Right? Before we even got our food we received THE BEST EVER service from Angela! She has amazing vibes! My husband loved the Manmossa! It’s a must try! The food is absolutely delicious no wonder it’s the BEST breakfast in Tucson! The flavors are incredible! Highly recommend the lemon blueberry pancake and Classic Huevos Rancheros. The daily special was off the chain too! We will definitely be back!

The food here is bursting with flavor and cooked perfectly every time. The staff provides excellent service with a friendly attitude. The space is cozy but lively which creates a fun dining atmosphere. Portions are large and well worth the price. I love how fresh and colorful each dish looks. Service is quick even during the busiest mornings. Everything feels made with care and attention. I always leave satisfied and happy.
Best breakfast food in our entire life! Your table gets a free pancake if it’s your first time there. So we got a complimentary snicker doodle cake and I ordered the pineapple pancake. Even the leftover pancakes were like a delicious dessert. My scrambled eggs were lightly cooked with no brown on them which is how I prefer them.we also ordered two southwest breakfast dishes, mine came quesadilla style and was phenomenal! My husbands dish was called the Wyatt Erp and had pulled pork ,corn bread and green chilli in it and It was also phenomenal! The place was very busy but ran well and we didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated. Our only complaint is that we live so far away from Arizona it will be hard to make it back !!

Today was our first time at Baja. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I ordered fresh,(yes fresh) blueberry pancake. Pancake was regular size(it was huge) the flavor melted in you mouth. Soft and fluffy. Yes, I loved it and will call it tomorrow's breakfast. My husband had a fabulous dish that had tamale pie, brisket in the middle and a fabulous yummy topping . Eggs and hash browns rounded out the dish. He loved his fare and besides having breakfast tomorrow as well...he'll be going back soon. The staff prides themselves on their food quality. Please try them. Baja doesn't disappoint.

I have been here multiple times over the years. While I'm sad to see some of my favorites are no longer on the menu, I have loved it every time I've gone. Tried most things on the menu at least once and they've all been great. Stellar service. Can be a bit of wait depending on when you go, but food comes out quickly and always good.
