Great food. Superb customer service. We have been ordering from here for years. It is only every few months, but for us that is a lot. We special order almost everything and they never make it feel like an inconvenience. We have always been treated kindly. The service has always been great. The owner cares about quality and customer service and it shows!!

It's disappointing because they have really good food. However my experience echos what others have mentioned -The delivery service has gone downhill- Placed an order at 5 pm... It's 7 pm and it's still yet to arrived. Like come on it's one entree and some sides. I've called twice. 45 minutes ago the women on the phone told me that the delivery driver was "leaving now" just called back and the per the guy who answered the phone the order is still sitting on the counter and I was told they will be leaving in 5 minutes. Very disappointed! You simply must do pick up if you order from here because they cannot be trusted to deliver your food.

I think the lunch portion has become the dinner portion at a higher price! And everything was luke warm and taste like it's been sitting under a heat lamp! Not worth the price! I wish I still lived by Asian spice off Cortaro!

Disappointingly my last experience ordering at bamboo view was so awful I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I placed a delivery order. Normally the food arrives early. When it was 10 minutes after the delivery eta I called to check on my order. The lady didn't know and said she would have the manger call me back when she got done delivering orders. A little bit later the manger called. She was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her if she could update me on my order. She said because I didn't leave a apartment number. She gave my order away to someone else. She was extremely disrespectful and rude. She refused to refund me or redeliver my order. I have never had a problem with them before. My apartment complex is gated so they always called when he and I would run to the front to meet them. Never did I expect her to just give my order away then refuse to do anything about it. She didn't even say sorry! I wish I got her name. Unfortunately she never even said who she was on the phone. Whoever the female manger is at bamboo view is awful and ruined this place.

The food was tasty. Very fresh. The service is great. The lunch portion is very large. I have been going here for over 30 years, and you can tell all the changes that have been made have been the right ones. I loved my meal.
