Our food served after 1pm was not fresh. It looked and tasted warmed up. My friend could not eat hers and asked for a refund. Several attempts were made to talk her into another order and saying they could not refund. She continued to assert her dissatisfaction and requested they call the owner. They finally relented and took her order off the bill. The surroundings are pleasant and we were the only patrons during this after lunch lull time. Highly doubtful we will give it a second chance.

My review is solely based on the food. This is my favorite place for Chinese. The flavors are balanced and delicious. Super addictive flavors but no msg. Two main dishes make about four meals, so the amount of food you get is worth your money. And every bite has all the flavors. Not too salty or thick, fake cornstarch sauces. I would recommend this food for takeaway and delivery through third-party delivery.

My wife and I walked in and the decor was beautiful. The staff was friendly, allowed us to sit anywhere, and we chose a booth by the window. We ordered the pork ribs, the house lo mein and Mongolian beef lunch specials (they come with your choice of soup and rice), wonton soup, honey walnut shrimp, and sesame balls.
The ribs were amazing: good size, tender, and full of sauce. For the lunch specials, we got fried rice and egg flower soup for both. The fried rice was great and my wife said the egg flower soup was tasty and refreshing. The lo mein and Mongolian beef were flavorful, the latter being well seasoned and very tender. The sesame balls were fresh, hot, and crispy, and the red beans paste had a smooth, creamy texture.
Now for the not so good. My wife said the wonton soup broth was great, but the wontons were a bit cold in n the center. And for the honey walnut shrimp, although the sauce was good, the shrimp had too much breading, and it didn’t seem like the shrimp was freshly fried.

An absolutely mouth-watering Chinese restaurant! Staff was exceptionally friendly and food was excellent! We shared a sizzling beef with vegetable plate with won ton soup and egg rolls. Delicious! The meal was gently seasoned; not too much spice nor not enough.
Great staff! Ordered takeout and WOW, great flavor across the board, we each ordered something different and we were all 100% satisfied with our choices! Worth the drive from northeast side! Will definitely be ordering again. We do Chinese once a month and we feel like we have a new fave place.
