Poorly prepared food. The server was friendly and efficient but seemed oblivious to our unhappiness with the meals. The cook tried to fix but made it worse. Will not return

While the music wasn't Classic Thai it was more like classic rock everything else in there was very Thai like and the food is excellent

Always get takeout from here and their kitchen and service staff are always amazing. It’s a really good takeout spot and for sure would recommend!

Perfect...every time.
When I want to ensure a great dining experience I take friends here. The food is consistently memorable, the wait staff are friendly and quick, and the owners work there!!!
Total package and - for those who know my reviews...I like a good value - and here it is. First class food at a friendly price point. You are welcome!!

A nice place. Good food, and tasted good. But compared to other Thai places I have gone, I felt something was missing. This was definitely good food, but couldn't satisfy me completely.

People need to come here more often, such an amazing place and the people are so nice. I also appreciate the big portions you definitely get what you paid for

This was our second choice this evening (due to parking isdues) but should have been our first choice. The staff, menu options, surroundings were all lovely. The portions were a good size, and I'd probably up the spice levels on my next visit.

Good food but TERRIBLE service and lousy atmosphere made the dinner frustrating and not enjoyable. I would order take out from here again if I lived close by, but not eat in the restaurant again.

Six of us arrived on a cold (for Tucson) winter day mid-week. The atmosphere inside is "meh:" very bright lights, needs paint, tacky print outs with the specials taped to the walls, and it was freezing inside. We all kept our jackets on.

When we arrived there were 2 tables already occupied, a table of 2 and a table of 6. There were probably 15 tables empty. After we were seated, it took about 10 minutes before anyone came over to acknowledge us, bring us water and take our order, much too long for a pretty empty place. We finally ordered 6 main courses and an appetizer. We finished the appetizer, but the waiter didn't clear the table when he brought the main courses. I had to clear the table to make room.

The food was good. The curry was tasty and the stir fries looked good. The spring roll appetizer was big and delicious.

After dinner, we sat there forever, dirty plates all around, waiting for the bill. We waited about 10 minutes for the bill after we were done, and finally it arrived. We quickly put out cash and credit cards, and then the frustrating wait began. We were done, freezing cold and wanted to go. The credit cards and cash sat at the end of our table for a good 20 minutes when I finally had to walk them to the host in front. Another 10 minutes passed before they were returned to us to sign. By then, we were freezing cold and boiling mad and just wanted to leave.

The food was good, but there was nothing appealing about eating there. I will not go back.

Dietary restrictions: This horrible place tried to charge me for a meal I didn't eat because I'm diabetic I told the waiter I was diabetic and my meal came with sweet sauce I sent it back and the manager said I had to pay for it no matter what and she tried to tell me that I wasn't diabetic because I drank a diet coke and that diet coke had suger in it do not eat here they are very rude and unsympathetic to diabetics

My son and I both love Thai food so we thought we would try this place and we were not disappointed. Our server was quite pleasant with an infectious smile. Everything came out quickly from the kitchen. We ordered a lot of food because we wanted to have more to eat the next day. We ordered the chicken Larb, Tom Yum with shrimp, green curry chicken, and shrimp pad Thai.

I ordered a spice level three on the chicken Larb and everything about it was perfect. The Tom Yum was a little sweet for my taste, but still delicious. The green curry chicken was spot on. The highlight of the night was the shrimp pad Thai. It was hands-down the best pad Thai I’ve ever had.

If you like Thai food, you will love Bangkok Café. If you don’t know if you like Thai food, give it a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Parking: There was plenty of parking when we went during the week, but I could see where it might get a little tight on a very busy night.
