We came here specifically to try the well reviewed bahn mi - and the hype was justified. Her lemongrass beef bahn mi was great but my birria special bahn mi was next level..! The sriracha gzoya were also delicious.As good as the food was - the service was even better. Highly recommended all around for a fantastic bahn mi experience!

Hands down best bahn mi I ever had. Got the lemon grass beef. Loved it. My wife got the BBQ pork. She's never tried it before and loved it as well. Fresh ingredients. Shout out to Don. Will be definitely returning again. If u like bahn mi the food truck is the place to go. I DARE you not to like it.

The food here is amazing. It is worth it to go to the food truck because they have special menu items different from the restaurant, including the best fried rice in Tucson. We also had the gyoza and the Tar-cochata (taro milk boba tea with coconut and horchata) both delicious and worth the trip. We will be coming back for the Sriracha catfish bahn mi, also food truck only.
