I wish I could give it 5 stars because the sandwiches are so good but every time I come it’s a long wait and always the excuse of being short staffed. I get it but come on.

Pros - Service was second to none.
Cons - Little in the way of vegetarian or pescatarian offering. Glad I asked about the pate as it’s pork based so unless you remove it there isn’t anything vegetarian.
The boba were undercooked.

We have become Banhdicted. We have been back 3 Fridays in a row. Don, the owner, is an amazing person and he works hard to make sure everything is delicious. He took the time to help us pick out new to us flavors for our milk teas. The first time we tried one as Taro Rose and another as Coconut Honeydew and they were each 5 stars. We also tried the Hokkaido and then the Pickly pear milk teas the Hokkaido was great and the Prickly Pear would probably done better in their Refresher than a milk tea, full disclosure i did order it as milk tea against the employee's advice so this is on me. Tonight we did Coconut Mago and an Ubi with Egg Custard both a 10/10. The Sunrise location is currently doing a Friday fish fry with catfish that is so beautifully seasoned, breaded, and fried we haven't been able to bring ourselves to order anything else. That was until tonight. We tried the Banhdicted fries with BBQ Pork as our protein and dear gods carne asada fries have found Fierce competition. Even though we worked up quite an appetite before arriving we still took the Banhdicted fries home to finish later.
Follow them on Instagram @Banhdicted for pop up specials and which of their 3 locations the special is at.
Overall we love it and will be back next week. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been addicted to Bahndicted for a long time now and have originally gone to their Orange Grove location many many times. The sheer excitement that they opened up a location very close to me on Sunrise had me rushing there in a heartbeat! I always order the Shrimp Banh mi and it is something that I recommend to absolutely everyone. Their Milk Tea is nothing to scoff at either, with so many delicious flavors to try from and all different kinda of add-ons like their egg custard, it is a must get on a hot Tucson summer day.

My first time at Banhdicted, I ordered Hokkaido boba tea that morning. Love the boba tea and good service from the owner. Store is clean and nice and will be back to try lunch next time.

Thanks Don, the tofu bahn mi with no pate (vegetarian style) was good. Even though it doesnt showcase everything you can offer.
That's coming from a SGV los angeles guy.

First bite was nice, warm bread and fresh fillings then hmmmm odd taste. Looked and saw a weird brown spread on the bread after two bites in. If you are vegetarian BEWARE, the tofu sandwich has liver pate on it. When I got home and called they said yes it was supposed to be there (it is not listed as an ingredient on the website). They did offer to remake which was nice, but liver spoiled the experience and couldn’t stomach another bite.
Vegetarian options: The one “vegetarian” option was a tofu sandwich that came with liver pate!

Fresh veggies, lots of meat and amazing baguette. Everything you need for the best Banh mi in Tucson.
They also have boba. The Thai Tea was legit. I'm pretty particular about Thai Tea boba. Usually it's too sweet and doesn't taste like tea...just condensed milk. But the Thai Tea here is easily the best in Tucson also.

I’ve loved my banh mi since I was introduced to it decades ago. I’m grateful that it is starting to get the recognition it deserves, here in Tucson. The previous occupant was a Subway, and these sandwiches are a definite step up.
