Great atmosphere. Service was awesome. But I shouldn't have ordered shrimp at a steakhouse. It was just ok, nothing special.

this place was crowded when we arrived but they had room for the 5 of us. Our server was very nice and tried keeping on top of things. Food was very good. Drinks were good.

On some nights it's good but on karaoke night it's way too loud. You can't even hear the person who's sitting next to you. If I was looking for a nightclub that would be fine for this environment. It's just way too loud. There are many small children who sing the karaoke, and although it's cute the high-pitched squeals just add to the high decibel.

We walked in around 2:15 and waited to be acknowledged, but no one greeted us or offered help. Staff walked past and looked our way several times without saying anything. By 2:30 I finally approached an employee to ask how long the wait might be, mentioning that no one had greeted us yet. Instead of answering politely, she snapped back defensively, saying, “We’re really busy and the bar is full right now. If you don’t like the wait, you can leave.”

Slow, slow, slow. Went for dinner on a Thursday evening. Dining room was pretty empty with only 6-7 tables in use. Our server, Santos, greeted us and took our drink orders. When he returned, we placed our food order which included a starter of fried zucchini. It took 30 minutes for our starter to get to the table. It was another 25 minutes before our food came out. Honestly, by that point we were ready to just pay for our drinks and starter and leave. When the food arrived, our steaks were cooked fine, but lacked seasoning. Sides were fine but nothing to write home about. My low rating is due to the incredibly slow food service and under-seasoned food. Our server, Santos, was great, so the ratings are not a reflection on him and he was very apologetic. Low ratings should be directed to the kitchen staff. If it were busy, I could understand a slightly longer wait time for our food, but it wasn’t. We could see into the kitchen and it didn’t seem like much work was being done with any type of focus or urgency. Highly unlikely that we will be back.

Went in on Wednesday night to have a few drinks and sing some karaoke in the bar and sat there for 20 minutes with out even getting acknowledged. I withdrew my song request and left.

Came for a special occasion with a group of about 20 a couple weeks ago. The backroom we were in felt like an empty shell and was private but oversized for our group. Because we were tucked away, we weren’t receiving timely drink refills and overall attentiveness was lacking. The girl serving us was caught messing around multiple times with coworkers when we needed assistance and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Additionally, my ribeye came our medium well to well when I order medium rare and the refire that came out was rare plus. The second cut was a better steak, first one was 60% fat. They let me keep the messed up steak and when they brought a new plate it was just the steak. Ive been to multiple streakhouses and worked in one for 4 years to where they bring a whole new plate with the sides when an error is made and a manager becomes involved. At no point did a manager come over to speak with us about anything, not about our experience or even to thank us for chosing their business. It was a very detatched experience and you should be getting your temps right on the steaks of you want to be a steakhouse. Outback and texas roadhouse are a better choice in terms of meat quality and flavor but also in service and experience.

The food is very yummy and all cooked properly
We did have one filet come out way over cooked but they took care of it quickly
For entres we tried their chicken breast, brisket, sirloin, and filet wrapped in bacon. All very yummy. Only minor complaint was that the filet seemed kind of thin and usually they are 1.5-3 inches thick depending on the place.
We tried their salads, all French fries, broccoli, onion rings for sides. All were delicious
They were very accommodating to my requests as well as I don’t like extra oils or butter added to my food and I don’t like sauces on top of my food only on the side.
