The customer service was not good this night. Have been here previously. Tonight they were just plane rude. Came in with my bf to get ice cream shakes. Mine had way too much milk so it was like a melted milkshake vs my bf’s. My bf also had asked to scare his code to get points. The guy checking us out said their scanner was down. So my bf is an IT tech and could clearly see that the scanner was on but the guy was just too lazy to scan. Was severely disappointed this time. May start trying a different ice cream place.

Tried the Twix ice cream and I gotta say I wish it was not limited time I wish it would stay forever! Tami and Jerry where do amazing. Tami was so kind enough to give me a free scoop of the Twix ice cream since she knew I really liked it. By far the best experience at a baskin robbins come to this location!

So disappointed! Stopped in expecting the typical good quality ice cream treat. We chose to get a couple of milkshakes. There was so little ice cream in both, that they were the consistency of flavored milk. Far too expensive for such a poor quality product. Such a let down.

I went in there to buy some delicious ice cream for me and my girls and some of the ice cream tubs looked melted, so we ordered a smoothie instead and the staff don’t know what real money or fake money is. The 2 girls working grabbed my old $10 bill and said it’s fake because it’s a different color, the ribbon was in the middle and there were ridges on the bill and they insisted it’s fake because it’s a different color. Baskin Robbin’s need to properly train there employees and provide them with the right equipment to verify counterfeit bills because obviously those 2 girls were as dum as a bag of rocks.

Love the product line, love the service but the store is always excessively hot inside. It's overly hot inside when you have go outside to cool off on a 100* day.
Parking: Small lot with limited availability but it seems to work.

Had a banana split delivered to my son for his birthday paid extra to have it delivered quickly. But was told by the delivery guy that that I should have had the syrup put on the side because the whole thing was melted. That would have been nice for Baskin-Robbins to let us know when we ordered it.

there was a grasshopper in the ice cream and the worker had a child with her
ordered a cake and when I tried to call and check on the status to see if it was ready, I was put on hold for about 40 minutes. I disconnected try to call back and the phone remained off the hook for hours and hours I was never able to call and check on whether or not the cake was ready when I got there at the schedule time it was not ready, terrible customer service mediocre product

Hadn't gone to this location since sometime in the 90s. Wanted to reminisce, but when we went inside to pick out items, we noticed that over HALF of the gallons of ice cream were melted and refroze. We asked the lady working and she said it's her first day back and she doesn't know what happened. We chose not to eat here.

I’m on my way to Dairy Queen to get a milkshake because I just paid a couple cents short of $10 for a milkshake from this place it was made with the frothy melted extract they scraped down the sides of their buckets and by the time I got it was no more than the consistency of barely cold milk. Absolute garbage rip off and the person working there’s a mindless drone. I’ve never regretted a purchase so much.
