this is THE THIRD TIME I have order 2 double scoop ice creams and only ONE CAME . I am missing one completely item . Also , they got the second item wrong . I tried contacting the store to make sure they would make it right , call wouldn’t go through . After serval attempts , I messaged DoorDash support to put me in contact with the store . Nothing . I EVEN messaged my door dashes to make sure there is 2 in there &’ to open the bag &’ check . he wouldn’t . How hard is it to scoop ice cream and read ??? 3 times ?

This is one of the worst 31 favors I have ever had in my life!! The workers look like they need a code for appearance the place is starting to look and feel filthy!!!!!

The ice cream is fantastic. The customer service is also very good. They are polite and professional. The sad thing is that the interior of the place needs a total overhaul. Suggest buying your ice cream. They are eating it outside or taking it home and enjoying it at home. It's sad that such a good product is being represented in a store that you don't really want to sit down in their chairs. Also you cannot reach them by phone. Their phone is out of service. I have also called to the corporate office of Baskin-Robbins and made them aware of this. Thank you employees so much of this Baskin-Robbins for making it as nice as possible. The experience of getting some of the best ice cream in the country.

Horrible experience, staff was very unfriendly, upon entering employees did not greet us, even after we said hello there was no response, we asked for a scoop of ice cream in a regular cone and the employee said what’s a regular cone very rude ,

My family and I have been to this location in the past. I have to say things haven’t got any better over time. To whomever the owner is, this place needs some TLC! The staff was nice and all, but like many others have stated, ice cream was melted in one of the coolers, it was warm inside, overall things were dirty, chairs need to be replaced many are cracked with sharp edges, just care more about your business. Better options on the east side than this, I would steer clear of this location.

The new owner as of 2025 is not about the community the way Terrence once was. The whole place is going down hill!! With only a handful of good employees left. Left multiple messages for the owner and he doesnt answer or respond. Do better!
The customer service was not good this night. Have been here previously. Tonight they were just plane rude. Came in with my bf to get ice cream shakes. Mine had way too much milk so it was like a melted milkshake vs my bf’s. My bf also had asked to scare his code to get points. The guy checking us out said their scanner was down. So my bf is an IT tech and could clearly see that the scanner was on but the guy was just too lazy to scan. Was severely disappointed this time. May start trying a different ice cream place.

Tried the Twix ice cream and I gotta say I wish it was not limited time I wish it would stay forever! Tami and Jerry where do amazing. Tami was so kind enough to give me a free scoop of the Twix ice cream since she knew I really liked it. By far the best experience at a baskin robbins come to this location!

So disappointed! Stopped in expecting the typical good quality ice cream treat. We chose to get a couple of milkshakes. There was so little ice cream in both, that they were the consistency of flavored milk. Far too expensive for such a poor quality product. Such a let down.
