Y’all need to fix your website and your app, try to order a birthday cake and it won’t load to the payment page. It’s pretty crazy they’re willingly losing business to Cold Stone.

the woman in the drive thru had absolutely zero customer service. when i asked for a flavor she just said “we dont have that ice cream here”. im assuming she meant they were out of it but she made it sound like they didnt serve it at all, despite being on their menu on their website, and she was very rude about it. i understand working at a food service place isnt amazing, especially at night time, but cmon man. zero kindness, clearly hated me and my existence, and made that clear to me. super upsetting experience.

For some reason, only about 1/4 of the flavors are labeled, so you have to ask an employee to go though all of them. They share a location, and apparently, also employees, with the Dunkin', which is fine but odd. The ice cream tastes adequate, but wasn't placed in the center of the cone, just on top, meaning we got less than expected.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. More than a handful of times I’ve gone an hour to at least an hour and a half before closing and they are limited flavors that makes no sense. I can’t order a milk shake because their blenders are cleaned for the night so they immediately cut you off when you say you want a milk shake. The workers here close them selfs up an hour before closing which shouldn’t be okay if they close at 10. Unacceptable and I’m sure there is no manager at this time which is why they get away with closing so early.

I would give them less than a star if it was possible. I have bought ice cream cakes twice here and both times they have messed up my order. The customer service sucks. Every employee I've dealt with is rude and has I don't care attitude. The appearance on the inside is filthy. I refuse to ever step into this facility again!

This is the second time in a month I go to the Valencia and Midvale Park Baskin Robins and they either have a limited assortment of ice cream and toppings. The first time they didn’t have chocolate chip or pistachio ice cream. Today it happened again. I asked for a banana royals and was told they don’t offer that anymore, but it’s on the menu? So I order a banana split although it’s more than I wanted. I asked for hot fudge, now I’m told I can only have hot caramel this is after the ice cream has already been scooped. I just old the young man I’m disappointed at the lack of toppings. He offers me chocolate syrup. Literally he serves me a drizzle. Then he asks me if I want whipped cream, nuts and cherry, of course that’s what makes the banana split. To put the nail in the coffin, he tells me oh we don’t have anymore cherries. Wow. I’m done. There will no longer be any Baskin Robin visits for me at that location.
