I would like to thank the manager of this location, Delilah, for calling me personally to address my concerns regarding my experience on Thursday and offering to make things right. She was very wonderful and took my frustrations over the service here very seriously and has informed me that she would be looking further into the issue with the people who decided to close early that night. Do not come to this location. Multiple times I have been treated rudely by the employees because I came in during the last hour of close. Mind you, it was not 5-10 minutes before close, but a whole 30-45 minutes before close. This time today I came at 9:20 pm (they close at 10pm) and they had already locked the doors and everything and even tried to hide from me knowing damn well I had seen them. Does corporate know their stores are refusing service almost a whole hour before close??

Placed a custom cake order a week in advance and went to pick up to learn that they never made my cake. Now I’m stuck with a cake that doesn’t fit the theme of my birthday party. Really disappointed the staff did not care what so ever and didn’t try to make the situation better. No one believes in customer service anymore and it shows. Thank you for ruining our birthday party baskin robbins!!!

Y’all need to fix your website and your app, try to order a birthday cake and it won’t load to the payment page. It’s pretty crazy they’re willingly losing business to Cold Stone.

the woman in the drive thru had absolutely zero customer service. when i asked for a flavor she just said “we dont have that ice cream here”. im assuming she meant they were out of it but she made it sound like they didnt serve it at all, despite being on their menu on their website, and she was very rude about it. i understand working at a food service place isnt amazing, especially at night time, but cmon man. zero kindness, clearly hated me and my existence, and made that clear to me. super upsetting experience.

For some reason, only about 1/4 of the flavors are labeled, so you have to ask an employee to go though all of them. They share a location, and apparently, also employees, with the Dunkin', which is fine but odd. The ice cream tastes adequate, but wasn't placed in the center of the cone, just on top, meaning we got less than expected.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. More than a handful of times I’ve gone an hour to at least an hour and a half before closing and they are limited flavors that makes no sense. I can’t order a milk shake because their blenders are cleaned for the night so they immediately cut you off when you say you want a milk shake. The workers here close them selfs up an hour before closing which shouldn’t be okay if they close at 10. Unacceptable and I’m sure there is no manager at this time which is why they get away with closing so early.
