Gotta give props to this store. Its very simple principle. If you make a mistake, you make it right. We had a mixup on a custom cake and these folks went above and beyond to make it right. Have used them for years for our celebrations and will be back for more. Thanks for everything!!!

Girl working on 2/27/21 @ 7pm absolutely horrible. Couldn't figure out how do anything and was overwhelmed. She screwed up the door dash order making her wait also.. literally 3 people in the store and after 15 minutes, I left. Girl is a train wreck that could barely dress herself with uniform hanging out in places I didn't know was possible....I left won't be going back.

Just brought home a half empty fresh pack for the tenth time. Won’t be shopping here again. Love BR and I've been buying a minimum of 2 qts a week on average, but I think next time I’ll go to Fry’s and a full qt for half the price.

Baseball nut crunch my fav ice cream! Love this local Baskin Robbins especially because they support the local marching band at Cienega. If you support fine arts and our kids, I am thrilled to support you and a sweet treat for me! Highly recommend.

walked in and waited to be served for like 5 minutes, while there was no line. 3 separate employees were available to help, none even spoke to me and avoided eye contact. when i was finally able to order, the employees fought over who would scoop my single scoop of ice cream.
