Gotta give props to this store. Its very simple principle. If you make a mistake, you make it right. We had a mixup on a custom cake and these folks went above and beyond to make it right. Have used them for years for our celebrations and will be back for more. Thanks for everything!!!

Girl working on 2/27/21 @ 7pm absolutely horrible. Couldn't figure out how do anything and was overwhelmed. She screwed up the door dash order making her wait also.. literally 3 people in the store and after 15 minutes, I left. Girl is a train wreck that could barely dress herself with uniform hanging out in places I didn't know was possible....I left won't be going back.

Just brought home a half empty fresh pack for the tenth time. Won’t be shopping here again. Love BR and I've been buying a minimum of 2 qts a week on average, but I think next time I’ll go to Fry’s and a full qt for half the price.

Called to inquire about an item they had posted they sell. The employee seemed totally oblivious. Yeah, won't be going there again ☹

Decided to take our kids here for ice cream after their soccer games. They did well and behaved so we wanted to treat our kids. We arrived at 10:50 and this location has a sign that says they open at 11am. Ok, no big deal- we decided to wait outside. 11:05 rolls around and the door is still locked. Jolee is just staring at us through the window, comes to the door and immediately tells us it is open and, "are we coming in or not?" We explained, we tried opening the door but it was locked. She told us to "pull" not push and accused my kids (3 and 6 year old) of not being able to read the "pull" sign. She was very rude and confrontational. A more appropriate response would've been something like, "oh I'm so sorry! Come on in!" At this point my son, who has Autism, is getting impatient so we can't leave or else he'd have a meltdown. We decide to still get ice cream. This location is gross, needs a good deep cleaning, they were out of many flavors, and they must have trust issues since there were more cameras inside than probably a bank has- 6 in the dining room we could see. I highly suggest DQ in Vail, simply for the fact that the employees are kinder. We won't be back here, that's for sure.

Baseball nut crunch my fav ice cream! Love this local Baskin Robbins especially because they support the local marching band at Cienega. If you support fine arts and our kids, I am thrilled to support you and a sweet treat for me! Highly recommend.

walked in and waited to be served for like 5 minutes, while there was no line. 3 separate employees were available to help, none even spoke to me and avoided eye contact. when i was finally able to order, the employees fought over who would scoop my single scoop of ice cream.
