Sad when you have to call first to see if they have what should be a staple of Chocolate Ice Cream. Nope all out again today. If you can’t keep the most popular flavors in stock might as well remove the Baskin Robbin’s name from your sign. Can’t wait for mom and pop business to take over your building. Zero stars should be an option for this location.

CAME AT 7:58 ON 4/5/25 PM YOU HAD BRIAN AND ROBERT WORKING YOUR NIGHT SIFT THERE WAS 14 OF US COME TO ENJOY SOME ICE CREAM FOR MY GRANDSON BIRTHDAY WE WHERE ALL SO DISAPPOINTED EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR THEY WOULD TELL US THEY DIDNT HAVE IT THEY WHERE SO RUDE HAD BAD ATTITUDES WE GOT GHE HINT THAT THEY DIDNT WONT TO SERVE US OBESLEY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO WORK SO WE ALL WALKED OUT WHEN I TURNED BACK TO LOOK AT THEM THEY WHERE SHAKEING EACH OTHERS HANDS AND LAUGHING SO UNPROFESINAL MY GRANDSON WAS SO SAD

If you are in the food service industry, then you should have some customer service skills... that means speaking clearly & not getting annoyed if someone asks the flavor of an ice cream, especially when you do not have the label signs for customers to see which container has what flavor. And when a customer asks the same Q about 'what flavor is it' then perhaps realize that maybe the problem is you - the girl behind the counter would not speak up, would look at the tub of ice cream I was actually asking about and she did not annunciate anything she was saying... so we just left, Your store lost a group sale of ice cream, & donuts & coffee. Because you have lousy customer service skills.

Turned away a small group of well-mannered Girl Scouts in uniform. Told the girls that "the ice cream machine was broken" "just like McDonald's." Went to a different BR and was served promptly and politely. When the girls asked the second location about the weird "ice cream machine" statement, they laughed kind of incredulously and said "Miss, this is Baskin Robbins."This location on 22/craycroft was also dirty and poorly maintained. Very disappointed. Go to Broadway/Camino Seco instead; it's worth the trip.

They barely get 2 stars because the ice cream was great but the service was horrible. The 4 of us came in at 8:15 and the lady proceeded to tell us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody even asked for a sample. Then she stated rudely that the lobby closes in 10 minutes. Also there was a guy outside with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes. This was after I asked him where I should park and he still went right over and started blowing dirt everywhere. He could have just skipped that little spot but I guess he couldn't resist. I don't think he spoke English or he just didn't care. I'm attaching a video.
Vegetarian options: They have a Vegan and non-dairy chocolate chip cookie dough
Parking: 35 or more spots

I was surprised there weren't more flavor options (I was expecting somewhere around 31 ?). There were maybe twelve different flavor buckets, but some were empty. The lady that waited on me was super nice, though, and the ice cream was really good.
Baskin Robbins advertises 31 flavors but this location only had 13. Didn't even have their signature flavor daiquiri ice. Waitress was friendly and the place was clean and we got to sample other flavors and settled for the pralines and cream for myself and Julie had the Jamoca almond cream. Trying the Broadway and Camino Seco location next time. The waitress said that they have 31 flavors. OH YEAH!
