Great smoothie but the points system here is terrible. Unless you remember to use your points, AND you come in every week or so you will never get to use them. Last time I was in o was told I had enough points for anything on the menu - this was after I paid of course. Remember, you have to tell them you want to use points. Came in a week later, guess those points were expired now? Asked to use the points to day and was told I had no reward available ?. Anyway, if they could sort that out this place would be unbeatable. Best smoothie bowl around.

Cozy, clean spot on Congress. Ordered 2 large smoothies and a granola parfait. Smoothies were very typical, nothing spectacular. Granola parfait was tiny compared with the açaí bowls other customers had, don’t do the granola. Every add-on is an additional charge, so go for the stock menu. $32+ for 2 people to have smoothies and share a yogurt, granola cup, meh. I’d pass.

Can’t give this any better rating. There was only one person working and they didn’t inform us the person ahead of us had placed a huge order. Waited 20 minutes for one smoothie, when I had gone there assuming a smoothie would be something quick. And the smoothie was not very good either.

I came here this morning January 2 for the manager, to be able to identify and speak with the employee if this feedback matters to them. I've been here a few times before when I'm in town from Cali, and I felt this was an ok smoothie spot. I like the cafe next door. I ordered the Greenie Juice today. I went outside while waiting, but something (intuition) told me to come back in and watch while my smoothie was made. My juice was in the process of being made, but then I saw the worker cutting more produce - celery in particular that was brown & faded, and truly looked not of the quality to serve, beautiful people reading this comment. I saw her pause looking at it, but then, cut it anyway. It made me wonder the quality of the produce just put in my drink...And actually my drink was awful. I am vegan and have had 1000's of green juices and know the spectrum of their taste. This one was Salty. To the point where I could not finish the drink and I believe it was salty from probably old produce used in my drink as well. Again I had to throw my drink away, and even felt a weird feeling in my stomach, because initially I tried to still just drink it and think the best! Also, the worker had an awful attitude, just slid my juice to me and didn't say a word. I feel this is also not representative of a smoothie shop and even the people who tend to go and get smoothies or green juices... I wished her a good day, because her energy was so bad. Note* When eating out, be aware of the energy & vibration of the person who prepares your food - for many reasons. I know this will resonate with the right people. Our Health Is Everything. #2024 I will probably never be back to this smoothie place again. But I hope my review makes it become a better business for future customers. Love & Light

Absolutely terrible experience. The drink was awful, and even though I tipped over 30%, the employees said they "sadly" didn't ensure customer satisfaction and would not make another drink that actually tasted good. The brunette employee was extremely ditzy and unprofessional. Will not be returning.

First time trying açaí & I was shocked at how yummy it was! The fruit was very fresh and the granola was delicious. We sat outside & enjoyed the beautiful weather with delicious bowls.

My berry smoothie was delicious. As was my guest’s green veggie drink. Servers were not welcoming and it took nearly 20-25 minutes for our orders. There was no one else in the place. Pricey.
