I got the Maui Dragonfruit Bowl and added peanut butter with it, it was super good and refreshing especially on a hot day here. I think next time I would add almond butter instead just because it's a really fruity bowl. The prices aren't that bad and the portion sizes are very big as well. It took about 10 minutes for the bowl to come out but it was super busy so i get why. I definitely will come back to this place again and try another açaí bowl or smoothie!

I love the bowls here but lately a single worker has made it to where I no longer will walk in to give this shop my money if this person is sitting behind the counter because of their negative energy. I went in last week and was stunned by how poor the customer service was. It was over two hours before closing, yet all the chairs were put up so no one was able to eat inside. The only person working did not greet me, and was not friendly at all once I placed my order. They seemed more annoyed that I walked in than anything, even though it was dead at 3 in the afternoon.I placed an order for pickup yesterday around noon, show up and once again the same person is working. I walk in, they don’t look up from their computer or phone which is set up directly behind the cash register. I politely let them know I placed an order for pick up, they respond “it just came through and still has five minutes left, but I’ll get started on that” in a short, rude demeanor. Granted, I placed the order almost twenty minutes ago, my pickup time is in less than 3 minutes, and there is no one in the shop or outside because it’s cold and there are no students on campus. So not only is this person extremely rude for no reason, they work with 0 urgency and make me feel uncomfortable by even walking into the shop, even when I placed my order ahead to try and avoid any annoyance or interaction at all.I used to go to the Congress location, but dealt with this same employee there and didn’t feel good about spending money somewhere that treated its customers so poorly. I hate to see that now this person, who seems like a manager the way they always have a computer set up behind the counter, works at both locations and is unavoidable.I have worked in customer service over 10years and try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but it has been multiple negative experiences with this same person and it’s unnerving at this point. If you are so miserable you can’t even greet a paying customer and ask them if they are ready to order, you really shouldn’t be representing a brand as a customer service employee. There are plenty of other smoothie places within a few blocks, I will be giving them my business instead. Bad energy all over this place!

Great bowls but horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you are okay with being treated poorly.

The juices are fine though the prices are high and the service is slow when they're busy (25-minute wait for my juice). The three-star rating is based on the service: when I asked if it is possible to have a split toast order--1 slice peanut butter, 1 slice avocado--the cashier said she didn't know how to do that or if it could be done...and the manager was 'unavailable.' She did not take my number or provide an email address. While I waited for my drink, I asked one of the other two employees. But the cashier, who now identified herself as the manager on duty, said they were new employees and she'd already explained that the policy was unclear, etc. Whatever their policy is, I'll respect it. But the cashier/m.o.d. was borderline hostile toward my persistence. One other thing: they advertise organic peanut butter for their toast. I'm pretty sure I spied a Skippy jar of p.b.

Very yummy and a good size for what you are paying. Only one person working but she still got both orders out quick. 10/10 would go back! Super cute dining area as well.

Unfortunately employee didn’t follow the instructions for adding vegan protein to my smoothie. Instead whey protein was added to the Super Protein smoothie. My body reacts to dairy items and within 15 minutes of consuming this smoothie it reacted to it.It wasn’t a great feeling.Just be careful when ordering if you have a dairy allergy. Not sure if employee wasn’t paying attention but this is a huge mistake to make.

I have been wanting to try Berry Greens since it opened and finally did yesterday. I ordered the Classic Bowl and added peanut butter on top. The bowl had a nice presentation and it was pretty good, just not amazing. For all açaí bowl lovers, this place is not necessarily an açaí bowl place. The bases are blended with other fruits so definitely go in expecting a smoothie bowl. Some of the fruit on top was still a little frozen, which I didn't mind too much. Overall, I still enjoyed my bowl and I am glad I tried this place, but it will probably not be my go-to.

Very impressed with thé Maui dragonfruit pitaya bowl i ordered here! The smoothie was delicious and not watery at all, there was granola layered throughout the bowl but not an overwhelming amount. The fruit on top was super fresh! Also, compared to other smoothie bowls I have had the portion size was great- really large and filling. I wish I lived in Tucson because I would deFinitely be a repeat customer.

Tried this new place on University and was blown away! The smoothie for the bowl was the perfect consistency, there was a good amount of granola, and the fruits that topped it were very fresh and delicious! One of the best pitaya bowls I've had.

Super quick service. Huge portion size so worth the $13. Granola throughout the acai and decent fruit portions. The chia pudding was also made great and wished there was more of it.Being from SoCal, I would say this is a good acai option that isn't stingy with portion size for the price. They also blend it infront of you rather than scooping out of a freezer.

Cold pressed juice PRICES, diluted with water QUALITY. Not the quality I was expecting but they certainly charge you for it. Find another juice bar if you truly want a fresh cold pressed juice.

Can't speak to the ambiance, location or service as I ordered via Uber eats but can speak to the deliciousness of this acai bowl! Super refreshing for a mid morning pick me up. Will definitely head in to try more of their menu!
