Sara the manager was not helpful. Will not be returning to a location that cant resolve an issue. I called the next location and the manager Becca was kind and was helpful and quick to respond. Customer Service is really important.

When it is my turn to be helped, she turns away and pretends to be occupied with preparing or slicing bread. This behavior reflects poor customer service and creates an unwelcoming experience.

Best sandwiches in town , there desserts are delicious.
This place is near our hotel so we stopped by to have lunch. We got there just in the nick of time because soon after we had our order, a lot of people were coming in for lunchtime. The sandwiches were fantastic and so were the cookies. Several choices, but I ended up deciding to go with the roast beef and brie, which was delicious. My wife had the Milton melt, which she quite enjoyed as well.
