For the older lady with dark hair: I came in here to buy fresh sliced bread. When I ask her to please slice it fresh she replied rudely and with attitude that it’s been fresh sliced every day… if I pay almost 10 Bucks for 2 small size of loaf I wanna see it being fresh sliced now and not from in the morning.very bad attitude in front of all the other customers. You can do better next time.

I ended up not purchasing as the people behind the counter were being rude. I did contact the business but never heard back so I avoid any Beyond Bread now. I only gave a 3 for Food because I had food there before and it was okay.

This is my favorite place for a sandwich, some pastries and bread. I always get the Roger's roast with pasta salad and a cannoli. Absolutely outstanding. The line may look long, but they are very fast!

I really enjoy it. It's been cold outside, and we ordered some soup, mac n cheese, a sandwich, and a hot chocolate. We decided to sit outside even with the cold because they have nice space heaters. Love the comfort we feel when we go.

Delicious food, yet unfortunately, the service and care of the restaurant was lacking. Empty coffee carafes or carafes with luke warm coffee, tables not being cleared after guests, or guests clearing and wiping down tables from the previous users. There were dirty tables everywhere. They need more staff as all employees were busy.

I have visited this location three times since our arrival two weeks ago and I am amazed at the level of service everytime I am there every person genuinely seems to care and want to be there, how refreshing. The food is excellent quality. Keep up the great work of hiring the right people to represent your brand. I am a fan!
