I ordered the brisket nachos. Overall the food was good and pretty flavorful, but I’ve NEVER had nachos that were just a pile of meat- NO chips or cheese. It was a little strange. I took it home and made my own nachos with chips and cheese. I feel it was a little misleading to advertise it as nachos when it wasn’t nachos at all. The guy at the counter, I presume the owner, was helpful.
This food truck blew my mind away! Absolutely amazing food. You can tell the brisket was slow cooked and smoked to perfection! I got the fancy tots and the loaded brisket Mac and cheese. I read reviews saying it was bland but I didn’t get that impression at all! Everything was very tasty and flavorful and fresh. Thank you for this meal, absolutely worth every cent!
Ordered the brisket sandwich lunch deal. Most in Tucson don;t get BBQ and it was quite good. Best BBQ brisket I've had in Tucson and that's saying something from someone who's been eating BBQ since the 60's and cooking it since the mid-90's. Very confused about why someone would want macNcheese with their BBQ, I guess I don't get that one, maybe too old. The people were nice though when I shirked at a bowl of ruined BBQ and gave me a sandwich...
