i love this place, they have soo many diverse flavors and options. they do one replacement if you end up not liking your drink so i really appreciate that. a comfortable dining area with some board games too.
It’s currently 9:30pm and the staff shut off the lights as we were drinking our boba trying to rush us out when they close at 10pm. Super disrespectful. Not returning here.

For my first time in that place it was a good experience, good tea
This is the fifth time they messed up my order in those past few years, in this specific location. It was 50 dollars order. They charged me the jelly lychee and the egg pudding that I didn’t receive according to the receipt. I live far away, always stopping by and they really disappointed me. Plus they now tasted like water milk tea. Check your order and receipt, dont trust the service, better find another place
We stop Everytime we are in Tucson! Highly suggest the Brown sugar Boba tea with yogurt popping Boba! It's been my go to for a year now!
I love coming here for my taro boba, they make it the best here, the place looks nice and i always look forward to coming back
I've been here a few times, and the boba here is pretty good! I love all the drink options, and the brown sugar boba is good if you want some that isn't too sweet. Great place near campus to stop, and open later than most of the boba shops in town. Definitely going to be back some time :) I've never had the fluff, but will try it next time!

Our boba was coagulated in a lump at the bottom of our cups, inedible and a waste of food. Maybe we caught them during an off hour. We were disappointed.
The Boba is not fully cooked. You can't really bite it through and the fluffy snow is not fluffy. The syrup is way too sweet

My favorite boba place in Tucson. The boba is always the perfect texture and the plant-style is soooo yummy. Everyone who works here is super nice too.
Kid-friendliness: They have fun board games to play for free.

It was probably years since the last time I visited this establishment, and I can see why.
I ordered a regular size (I think it’s around 16-20 oz) Jazmin milk tea with regular boba. Almost 8 dollars for barely any hint of Jasmine flower with water with some kind of milk. It was handed fast and I can see why. The sugar wasn’t even dissolved and these girls rushing like if they had 20 orders ahead. The boba is chewy and it was ok.
I used to come here years ago to get the same thing but it was so much better. Now I think it’s only the hype that’s left. Ni Hao is a much better option in terms of quality and price, but the problem with them is the limited seating. Bing’s has a lot of seats but it looks more like a brewery setting lol.
Probably not coming back in the near future.
