Did one of their make your own fizz drinks over the app. When it didn't taste the way I expected it to, she gave me a free different drink that I'm very happy with. Great customer service, great sizes, and great logo (I'm biased because I love pandas)!

I've been a regular at this Boba location for years, but this will be my last visit. The staff was rude. I asked to use the restroom before ordering but was told it was out of order without any posted sign. Even though I was ordering a drink, I was still denied access to the restroom.

The banana bread snow was SO GOOD. I didn't think it would be that amazing. Totally worth going out of my comfort zone to try! It was around 12:30 when I went, and the one girl working definitely had her hands full. There were a lot of customers there, but nobody waited long at all for their orders. She was very quick.

Unfortunately, the quality of the flavors has declined. This used to be 5 stars for me. But now I can't recommend it. Also, they no longer have a restroom for customers. Not a deal breaker, but not great for a place serving beverages.

This could be improved. Been to alot of asian boba place and this one lacks flavor. It was just meh. Like watered down and added a powdered mix. It was awful .. spent 35 for 4 drinks ..its like 7 something per drink.... money not well spent
