Walked in 7 min before closing at 7:53, politely asked if they were closed showing that I was considering the time.. was told no, but that they weren't taking cash (no problem, was using card anyways), and also that they had no more boba. My response to her was, "Then you're closed." She politely replied, "I guess so then, yeah." ?

Taro is my favorite flavor. The taste reminds me of the cereal milk after you finish eating lucky charms.
Ok boba if you have nothing else.Boba quality is hard. Milk teas are not flavorful and does not seem to be made with real brewed tea. They mostly use powder mixes.Service is not the best. Need to finish gossiping before addressing customers.Ambient is ok, not the best, a bit outdated.One of their replies to a negative review came off as pretty salty.

After my not so great experience at Com Tam Thuan Kieu Restaurant, I went here to get my nephew & myself a tea. Both girls today smiled & greeted us when we walked in, listened, and were so kind. I asked for suggestions on a drink for myself and they both offered some feedback.This is what customer service is or should be. As we walk into a place of business, your 1st interaction or experience sets the tone or can determine if you will be a return customer. I have to say for someone that works in customer service, well done! You two did an amazing job, and thank you for turning my day around after a not so great interaction at another business. You ladies exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond, kudos!!

I’ve lived in several cities in several states. I always have to find a good boba spot. And to be honest, this is the best boba I’ve had!! I don’t like when boba is too sweet or taste artificial. The boba here is perfect. I’m not sure if it’s artificially flavored but they do a great job at making it taste very natural! The flavors are not too strong but not too subtle either. They’re spot on! I don’t see an option to adjust sweetness here but you really don’t have to. The drinks are a perfect level of sweet. I also love all of the options and flavors. There’s so many. I highly recommend trying the snow blend. It’s sort of like slush boba but a lot more softer like snow. It’s my fav to get!

Definitely not returning! I spent 30$ on watered down icy drinks! Even after asking the girl to fix my drink she gave me ice and milk!! Too expensive to have such low quality watery drinks. Stop cutting corners at the expense of your customers!
