I visited on a Saturday morning and was warmly attended to right away. The staff was attentive without being pushy or rushing me to decide. And those waffles were absolutely delicious!

This place is great, but service gets dinged two stars because our server randomly disappeared and had someone else bring out our food and our check when we were done eating, and seemed to not want to stop by our table at all.
She had been continuing to serve other tables while doing so. Not sure if my breath stank or what.

I've eaten there 50 times or more and yesterday was the worst experience from what I had considered the best restaurant in town. My wife and I met our grandson and his girlfriend for the first time and decided to have breakfast there. They were not very busy. None of the normal waiters that we have had in the past were there. Finally after waving, and they were not busy, I finally got a female waitress to wait on us. I always get chicken fried steak and I think it's the best in the world there. Yesterday January 5th at noon she brought me out a chicken fried steak that was so black on the bottom and so tough that it was uneatable. Normally I would have sent it back but under the circumstances just meeting my grandson's girlfriend for the first time. I didn't want to cause the same. Long story short there'll be no repeats. I'm not ever coming back here. Normally our waiter is Dylan or Marcy. Neither one of them was there on Monday.

It was my first time in. I'll be back
Went here on Saturday with some family on our way home from old Tucson. The place wasn’t too busy and we were able to be seated right away. Our waitress was very nice. The food was overall good. I didn’t love the burrito though. The flavor was good. The atmosphere was very nice.

Incredibly mid food
Tastes the same as everywhere else.
Seems they've been struck with the sysco epidemic of restaurant chains getting all their stuff from the same supplier.
Service was 5 stars

Love the Westinghouse broiler at the door

After having gone to most of the BBCs in southern Arizona, we visited the one on Ajo in Tucson on our anniversary. Since it was right before Christmas, they were far from full. The food was excellent, service great, and price in line with other similar places.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. The menu has both customary and unique offerings. I was not ready for all the green chili on my burrito but I asked for it. Our server had a great personality which seems unusual these days.
