Simple and great food! I spent many years as a fine dining chef, and my favorite places are always “hole in the wall” restaurants, they always seem to care more with their food and Bison Witches is my favorite hole in the wall restaurant in Tucson
I had the Corned beef on Rye. The bread was like nothing I'd ever had before. The sandwich was delicious. I thought it could use more mustard but that's just my preference.
The nachos could be a two person meal, but they were great. The soup chowder soup bowl was delicious. I would recommend putting the chili verde from the nachos in the soup but that's just me. The booth seats need to be replaced. I sat in a hole, but other than that it was a good time.
