Always impressed with this location. The staff is always friendly & helpful. This time our server was Dominick, he was outstanding. We love his Christmas sweater & had. The food is always wonderful. #1 spot for us in Tucson.. Update 2023. Still #1 for us. Brittany served us twice now. Jose is a great manager, always walking around making sure everything & everyone is great! Tip: join there Premier awards and get priority seating plus 10.00 credits toward food for every 100.00 you spend. If you follow us on our travels, you know the quality of food is everything for us & that we usually try to find more local unique places. BJ'S gives us that local feeling with their staff.

My wife and I stooped in for dinner at the Oracle location.
The food and beer was delicious and our server, Ethan was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and had everything to us right on time. Best sever we have had in years.

We had a great experience at BJ’s! The jambalaya was flavorful, with a nice mix of spices and plenty of shrimp, chicken and sausage. Their serving was so plentiful we split it and it was plenty! However, it was a bit on the oily side, which made it a little heavy. Other than that, everything was spot on—friendly service, a fun sports bar atmosphere, and a menu with lots of tempting options. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!

First time l run into a server that when my told her of my stomach medical issue she was helping me order according to it. I was very impressed.
Chelsea was excellent and outgoing. The strawberry chicken salad was perfect. I did not get sick like l do at other places. I Will be going back for sure. It nice to run into honesty in business. Thank you.

This was my first visit in years and it was as good as I remember. I had a late afternoon lunch on a Wednesday so I could take advantage of their burger special. It was busy but not extremely busy

The greeter was welcoming and the server was prompt in greeting me and taking my order. They explained the short delay for my beer was due to replacing the keg.

My order was served in a reasonable time and the hamburger was cooked to the right temperature and the fries were piping hot. The kitchen staff did a great job.

Shortly after my food was delivered the floor manager stopped by to confirm that everything was okay. The check was presented promptly. The server kept an eye on me without being intrusive.

The dining room was clean and orderly and the air conditioning was comfortable. There are plenty of televisions in the bar area.

This restaurant met all my expectations. Good price, high quality food and service in a pleasant atmosphere.

The service was fantastic! Raven was great. We were there quite a while, and he continued to check in on us and made sure everything was great!!!!!
