Went for lunch with some coworkers. Great deal with the $13 pizookie lunch specials! Dominic was our server and was excellent!

Walking in, I was immediately assaulted by the dank, musty, old-onion smell of my dad's fridge that he hasn't cleaned since he moved in in 2012. The food was both greasy and flavorless, which is hard to achieve. Denny's has better burgers and Walmart Marketside has better garlic knots. Horrendously overpriced for the abysmal experience.

Had dinner with friends. My prime rib special was great. My friend's grilled rib steak was great. They were both cooked perfectly to order. Fish and chips and shrimp scampi pasta were also great. Caramel Pizooki was wonderful. We all enjoyed our dinners
Worst bjs I’ve ever been to. My wife and I went for dinner on a Thursday. Wasn’t crowded, probably ten tables were filled in the place. Waitresses and hostess all seemed very depressed with little to no social skills. Took them 25 minutes to bring my wife’s margarita and my Long Island ice tea that I took one drink from because I ordered a Long Island, not a vodka with flare soda water (13$ drink by the way). After finally getting our drinks and placing an order we waited another 40 minutes for a burger and a mini pizza. Service was so bad the manager had to step in and she wasn’t any better. No communication or leadership skills that I could see. After our dinner (which was bland) we tried a desert pizooki which also took us over have an hour to get and to make matters worse while waiting for our desert we watched people finish their meals, order desert, receive their desert and finish their desert and then leave the restaurant before we even got our desert brought out. I highly recommend people avoid this BJ’s location at all costs. Needless to say no tips were left and I’m really not happy about the 75$ bill I received for atrocious service

Just started eating at the restaurants in tucson and phx while traveling for work, very impressed. There is always someone at the entrance to seat you, the wait staff is always very good, food has been good and the app is fantastic, you get rewards and can easily pay on the app, this is a well run business.

You shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to be handed an order that's ready and sitting right within arms length...
Our waitress was amazing. Understands dietary restrictions and how to relate it to menu choices. She was amazing the prices were high for lunch. Large TVs around the walls so you don't miss a moment of action.

Food choices are great! Service is just okay. Good atmosphere. Sports on all big screens.
We love this place for their food and great service. Sophia was such a pleasure to have serve us and the prime rib was fantastic. I don’t say this often but it is better than mine.
