BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This dinner was disappointing. The service was super slow we waited over 30 minutes for drinks and 1 hour for food. The food was below average compared to previous experiences.

The service and food was outstanding. We had 5 pm reservations, and got seated about 20 minutes late on Father's Day. I could tell they were working hard to accommodate everyone. Mel, our server, was outstanding. Pleasant, attentive, and just plain NICE!

It was Fathers Day and very crowded. Dad is elderly and in a walker. Reservation was right on-time and staff was super helpful and friendly getting us seated.

Our waiter's name was Jo and he was a great ray of sunshine and was a fun host. Everything was wonderful The food was great and we can't wait to go back again.

food orders were bad,2 of there steaks wrrr correct both orders wee med rare and one was blue! and another was well done. Service was incredibly slow, only checked for refills once, we were there over 2 hours, their Sunnyvale location always was great

We went in for the ultimate girl dinner—french fries and pazookies, naturally—and it was delish. The fries were incredibly hot and fresh, and the pazookie trio hit the spot. But the real shining star of our night was Joe, hands down the best server ever! He made our experience truly fantastic. We'll definitely be back for more delicious food and top-notch service from Joe!

Very great service at BJ’s on Broadway. Service and food tasted great. My server, Aissa, did a wonderful job. Even with her section being pretty busy, she was still very attentive to all of her tables that night. Great experience, 5 stars.

We stopped there yesterday at 4:30. And were told it would be 10 mins before they would set us. The place was almost empty. And all the employees up front were doing was talking too each other. Not sure we’ll being going back there.

ate here for the first time and the food was great! service the best i had and and the frozen maragrita was tasty!

The double pork chop was excellent. The slow roasted sirloin with pork rib combo was great and a fantastic value! The waitress was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

The restaurant was very busy as was Mother's Day- we were seated within minutes of our arrival- 5:30pm- waitress took our orders in timely manner- drinks were brought by different person- food was served hot & my chicken was delicious - my husband's salmon was questionable- had stomach ache after dinner- not sure why? bill came & carryout container was brought- Congratulations to management for having enough well trained help- this was the 2nd time we ate there - both good experiences

A disappointment, especially it being Mother's Day. From waiting over an hour to put our appetizer orders in, to delayed and incomplete orders, the wrong order, or tasteless food - ... one of the worst experiences in a long while. While some of it may have been my servers fault, management should be held accountable. How is it that you get them ALL wrong ( delayed, wrong, incomplete, tasteless and overcooked) for one party?
