I order delivery since I work from home. I always have to get two drinks (both w cold foam) because inevitably they'll leave cold foam off or mess it up somehow. I understand mistakes happen,I worked in the service industry myself, but this is 100% of the time. Fortunately I'm always able to get my money back thru Uber eats, but it's a real bummer when you don't get your coffee right, you know.
Edit: Well, with some help from bribing my Uber drivers to make sure the cold foam was put on my drink they finally start putting it on, but decided to teach me a lesson by putting pieces of sponge/plastic in my drink (twice in a row so i know its intentional). You win. I'll F off and get my coffee somewhere else. Sorry to bother you.

I went this morning to get a Mexican Mocha and when I went to take a drink of the coffee it tasted burnt and acidic. Doesn’t taste anything like coffee. Paid $8 for it to be terrible

Went here about 5 times on my vacation, and I was never disappointed. My son wanted a purple drink (there was a purple energy drink), and they made him a custom kids drinks if I lived here, this would be my coffee spot

Gave the clerk my order (Large Frozen Starburst w. Sour). I don't know what he heard but what I was handed was disgusting. It tastes like acidic water with Elmer's glue mixed in. I won't be back. Paid $6 for some trash

Absolutely love Black Rock Coffee - my favorite spot in town and wish there were more locations. This particular location neverrrr uses the speaker box at the menu - not do they ever have more than 1 person working - so you always end up waiting 30 mins in the drive through. If there’s only one person working - my recommendation would be to at least use the speaker box so they can already know what is being ordered and pump out those drinks! Chatting with the barista is nice but not when I’ve already been waiting 20+ mins in the drive through and have to be at work/etc. Please start using the speaker box and hire some more baristas
