I come to this location frequently, staff has always been great! Except for this morning. As I was going to pay and tip ( I always tip) the new girl snatched the tip jar, I found it unusual. Seems like she just making a point. It Came off extremely rude.

I have ordered several times & when I had a drink that wasn’t to my liking, it was always corrected & the drink was compt. The pumpkin blonde needs more pumpkin flavoring without customer asking because it doesn’t taste like pumpkin spice with one pump of the syrup. It needs at least 2 pumps. Other than customer service is great.

Do not go here if you're in a hurry. Waited in the drive thru lane for 20 minutes while they 'fix' their expresso machine. Absolutely terrible service. Staff didn't know what they were doing.
