So when I called to order the person that answered the phone was rushing me as I was trying to order. Then he says it would be an hour to deliver so I had to go pick it up. Then my husband walks in and was ignored by the girl . Then we get home and the pizza isn't cut, the wings a are under cooked and the tomatoes in my salad were bad. Then to top it off I ordered a chef salad and they gave me a garden salad so when I called to let them kmow he said a chef salad is called something else there and a chef salad is a garden salad. I wish they would of told me that over the phone instead of rushing me to order. Never ordering from here again.

I actually enjoy this place. Pizza is usually pretty consistent. What ruined it for me was the lack of customer service. No greeting upon walking in. The little cockeyed guy at the register was extremely rude. Basically shoved my order at me without saying a word. Do your business a favor, get better employees and customer service training.

Blackjack is a pick-it-up and take-it-home pizzeria. We live to far away yo take advantage of their delivery. The pizza is really good. We got a large double pepperoni with extra cheese on their hand tossed crust. It was cooked to perfection. We also got the brownie for desert. THAT'S EXCELLENT! It has the perfect flavor. It's a little crunchy on top with the perfect chewy texture.

Food is good. Delivery was twice what they said. That was annoying. The delivery driver was cool though. Seemed like he was used to being complained to about the long wait. Handled it well. Probably best to get in store.

Great people! I was pleased from ordering a pickup and getting it. Definitely an option since this is our first time.

A very unclean store the younger staff go from handling money to food without washing hands constantly. Food is sometimes under cooked or very burnt. Delivery drivers drive like laws and rules do not apply to them even in school zones. They used to be decent but the quality has disappeared totally. This store now acts like they hate the people of Tucson.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. You kids will be more entertained sitting in the car.

Pizza was over cooked to start and and then I get home and eat a few pieces of wings and pizza and got damn food poisoning!

I order online paid for my Pizza and everything and they just closed the store and didn't deliver ANYTHING. Kind you I ordered an hour before they closed. Blackjack stole my money and it's unacceptable for this to occure. I have to go tomorrow during business hours to get my money back. Whoever owns this location needs to close up shop and find another business and fire some terrible employees.

The online pictures were better advertising as opposed to actually getting my pizza. It was dry. Barely had any sauce and the wings were vastly uncooked. Had to put them in the air fryer to finish cooking.
