Burgers are no good. Get the chicken. I just tried to give them a second chance. No cheese on my burger and they forgot my side of chili. I'm done with this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Its been about 4 years since i had eaten at LotaBurger and i was kinda disappointed. The ones in New Mexico are different and better. The meat was smashed alot and the buns were plain. Plus the burger was soo greasy i had to wipe it down with napkins over and over. The vegetables and green chili were fresh and good. Also I remember the fries having skin on them. They didn't here. Just regular fries.

We were going to eat here but upon opening the door to dining room the restaurant smelled like sewage. So horrible I felt like vomiting instead of eating. We left to find a cleaner smelling food serving restaurant. Need to do something about your smell!!! Not good for business!! Disgusting!

This will continue to happen until companies quit trying to screw people. Asked for a double cheese burger and got a single cheeseburger with an extra patty haphazardly thrown in. Asked for my second cheese and was forced to pay extra for it. So as I was forced to pay extra, you're now forced to take a ding in your star ratings which is gonna hurt a lot more than any little attempt at a money grab. Food was okayish. Had better. Had worse. I'd have maybe even gone back if my first experience wasn't this. Sad.

The food here is top-notch. Very good. I got the Santa Fe burger and the natural fries. The burger was huge, fresh and very tasty. The fries were hit and very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The prices were very reasonable. I will be back

Place was slow and still messed up order. The new mexico burger is horrible and had nearly no green chili's. Better going ot whatabuger which im not a fan but is better than here. Devine bovine is a great green chili burger. Save your money and go elsewhere.
