I had never heard of this restaurant before finding it on Google maps. I'm a travel nurse new to the Tucson area and was looking for a quick bite to eat after working the night shift. After much deliberation, this restaurant looked like a decent option as it was close to my job and offered more than just breakfast items early in the morning.

I had no expectations but did read the menu and some reviews prior to ordering. I got the burger and french fries as well as chicken strips and onion rings and a cherry shake.

I was delightfully impressed with the cherry shake as I had never had one. The fries were nothing special and the burger was not what I had ordered. I ordered the double burger without the green chilies but didn't receive the second Patty. I'm not sure if I received the correct sandwich or whether there was a mix-up. I spontaneously got the chicken strips and onion rings as well to bring home to the family. When I tried the onion rings and Chicken strips. I suddenly decided that the family can have the burger and french fries and I'm taking the chicken strips and onion rings. Both were on point! And I'm totally coming back tomorrow for round two.

I’ve gone to two Lotaburger locations in Tucson. My burritos always have super dry, overly salted hash browns. The portion sizes are noticeably smaller than the Lotaburger’s in New Mexico…it is a disappoint to have New Mexican food that is subpar.

The fries and onion rings were freshly hot and delicious. However, both burgers I guess didn't get microwaved enough. Both were cold! But I've learned from other experiences not to send food back so I don't get any unwanted "toppings ". The restaurant was clean.

Love the Lotaburgers. Tasty burgers like Whataburger used to be, but with green chilies to give it a New Mexico twist.

I drove by a few times why working. Finally decided to try it. WOW I order the combo and as I'm ordering it they start making it. Everything was fresh on the burger even the fries where cooked to order. It was differently worth the few extra dollars for the meal . The employee where friends and so helpful and even brought it out to are table.

I dunno... their hamburger patties sort of suck. If that's their "thing," then cool, but ANY grocery store frozen patty is better in taste and substance than a Lotaburger patty. They manage to stay in business only due to their proximity to a school not on the merits of even a "meh" fastfood franchise. The QT next door literally has better burgers in their cold case.

55 cents for a side of ranch! No marinara. You get nothing for your 4 dollar onion rings. They were very polite though..lol.

I’ve driven by too many times to count and finally stopped. This place is running on all 8 cylinders. I ordered a basic burger meal. WOW, talk about quality, flavor, freshness, and VALUE., this place is A WINNER!
