The place is fun and welcoming. Staff is kind and gives good recommendations.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was kind enough to describe to me the entire menu and even let me sample some items before committing and ordering them. It was delicious. The Ube ice cream is incredible. We will be going back regularly. Super delicious. Also the inside is SUPER cute. If you have kids they will love it.

I went into the establishment today (2/28/2026) ready for some delicious boba, and Boba Cucue definitely delivered! I ordered the Taro Milk Tea and it was absolutely divine!! A perfect sweet treat after a long, LONG day. I did however notice, the young lady working today was VERY clearly overwhelmed with the work, as I also noticed her peer was kind of just standing around idly or on his phone. I watched this poor girl make near 15 drinks BACK TO BACK BY HERSELF!! Mind you, this was during a rush. I just kind of left feeling bad because it was extremely obvious that she was having to pick up the slack of her coworker who wasn’t helping!! Super unprofessional on his part, but definitely extremely professional on her part for getting everything done as quick as she possibly could. I didn’t bother to ask any names because I feel like that would’ve added some more stress to her day (her having to stop working to respond, I mean). Would definitely try to come again as everything was delicious, but would also hate to come in again and see such unprofessionalism from the other young man. Hope to see some change next time I come in.

Love this place, but I don't love ordering my hot Peach Par-Tea and finding no boba in it once I get home.

Cute little spot for Boba Tea. Not very many tables so if you have a large group you may want to take it to go. Good service and very clean. Good variety. I suggest looking at the menu online before you go as it can get packed. Highly recommend

I personally did not love my experience here. I was expecting to be wow’d based on the reviews but I just wasn’t. The quality of the tea isn’t there. The tea even half sweet was undrinkable and had kinda a weird aftertaste. Also, I felt like an inconvenience in there and it wasn’t a nice feeling as a customer. Maybe I didn’t order the right thing or went on an off day but it wasn’t for me.
