I really like this place, it's super cute and inviting even though not many people are there. The owner is super sweet, I loved having a chat with her! The drink I got was a Coconut cloud delight. Super good drink! And I got watermelon popping bobas and they taste amazing!! I'll definitely be coming back more!

I’ve been wanting good boba for awhile now since I relocated here to Tucson, AZ a week ago and Boba Pearl was convenient and closest to me So I went ahead and gave it a try despite even reading horrible reviews I put those reviews to the side & Tried it for myself!
& I could say as a Boba lover this was the by far the worst experience ever, the boba was very hard & my drinks barely had any flavor & i spent $20 Dollars on 3 Simple Drinks ( Mango Fruit Tea, Watermelon Slush w Boba & Matcha w Boba ) all regular sized smh. I was very disappointed & dissatisfied & the reviews proved me right. Boba Pearls should be cooked in rapid boiling water for about 38 Minutes & steeped afterwards & all drinks should have enough powders, sweetness, syrups & flavors! DISSAPOINTED!
To top it off & what triggered me the most was the only worker that was handling the business on 09/27/2025 around 8:10-15 P.M. was very filthy and unsanitary because as syrup fell onto her fingers from over pouring she LICKED IT OFF HER FINGERS NOT ONCE BUT 5 TIMES without washing her hands! so disgusting! & she was a bit rude! I hope this business does better and they conduct proper training on employees! I hope this review helps & im hoping to hear from the business!

This place sucks BALLS…something that I WASN'T doing because the boba pearls were too hard and crunchy. I placed a mobile order in at 12:15 and the website said it would be done in 15 minutes. I arrive and the place is dead, no people and only one cashier (which is fine, don’t get me wrong). However, when I said I was picking up the order the cashier began to make it…so it wasn’t finished??
The boba pearls were NASTY! Crunchy, hard and didn’t even taste like brown sugar either? If I’m spending $6 for a drink, I’d like it at least to have the squishy, tasty texture.

This is the place for matcha!! My daughter wanted to try matcha for the longest time. So we came here based on proximity to our house. Never having it, so we asked the young lady working there. She suggested these drinks based on what we liked. We got matcha tea milk and a Coffee Cloud. They were spot on! So delicious in every way. To say they didn't last very long. I really suggest coming here! It was clean and very cute inside. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place really was the best experience. Thank you!!!

Was expecting a better experience to be honest for my boyfriends first boba... she made him the wrong thing but he was fine with it, she seemed to shut down after the mistake and didn't say another word to us as we checked out. I wish the bobas would have been described better so we could have made a better choice but we will be going back to try again

I don’t ever leave reviews but this has been the worst boba place in Tucson. If leaving 0 stars was an option, I’d choose that. There was literally no other person in this place, we only ordered 2 drinks and it took over 20 minutes! We sat there waiting and I don’t even know where the worker was majority of the time. The boba was gross, the texture of it was similar to packets you can buy and make yourself at home. She hardly had any ice in there so it wasn’t even a cold drink and the matcha was so flavorless. We didn’t even finish our drinks since they were nasty. I felt like it was a rip off. The place tries to look nice but it was ghetto. 0/10 recommend…wondering if you people who rated it higher have not experienced quality boba, because this isn’t it.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BOBA PLACE IN TUCSON. Hands down! The ladies here are always so sweet! I am extremely picky, and they ALWAYS make my drink exactly how I like it! Aside from that, they always converse with me during the time they are making my drink! This is why Boba Pearl is the only boba place I go to in Tucson! ❤️

I dont know how this place has 4 stars to be honest. The girl was on her phone the entire time. It took almost 15 minutes to make 1 mochi pop. I get it, the place wasn't busy at all so its probably really boring to work there. I gave it 2 stars because the girl was nice but the place was not pleasant. It looked rundown. I didnt order any drinks based on just how the place looked.
Always amazing boba! Delicious, customizable, fresh, aesthestically pleasing, and hits the spot. The place is beautiful and clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. There are games here as well so we can play. My kids and I love coming here!
