The drink is great however the employees are very rude and very unwelcoming to guests. I find myself avoiding this business despite wanting a boba tea because of the service. Several times I have attempted to come back hoping for an improved experience and I leave disappointed.

The boba ok but the work flow is awful: ive been a few times, and they’re either out of boba or it takes forever. There will be like three or four employees working but only one taking orders. Manager stays in the back.

The drinks are good but the workers are really rude and they are ALWAYS out of something it's usually the original boba or caramel ! One of the workers there started arguing with me once because he made my drink wrong and I told them and he blamed me for it. They really need to hire better staff with better customer service.

The service was acceptable. We got two bobas. The Funky Monkey and the snow bunny. They also give you the option to get it ice or blended. The funky monkey was delicious. We really like the boba on the bottom of the cup. The funky snow was very sweet yet once the ice melted it got better yet still too sweet. I didn’t know they give the orders by number and the server never bother to explain. I will recommend this location and I will be returning.Parking: Parking on the mall parking area.

I've been here at least 8-10 times, there has only been single time that they've had the original/caramel boba available. Every other time they tell you that they are out and are making more, so you can either wait 30 minutes for a new batch or choose a different drink. I typically don't mind waiting because I can walk around and look at stores, this last time I stopped by, about a week ago, I had placed my order online 30-40 minutes before coming in (just in case they were out of boba and needing to make more) I arrived at 6pm (they don't close until 8) and stood off to the side where the app tells you to stand for online pickup orders. I stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged in any way. So I finally spoke up and told the one employee up front that I was there to pick up some drinks. She was clearly annoyed and responds with a rushed attitude "we're out of the original boba so you can either have the drinks refunded or choose a different drink" I was a little irritated that after placing an online order to avoid this situation, it happened anyways AND I wasn't informed through the app, which I have had other employees report through the app that they are out or it will take more time. So I asked if it would take the usual 30 minutes for a new batch of boba, which she states "we aren't making more" mind you at this point it's 6pm and they don't close until 8pm.. Soooo you're not making more of your most popular item when you're still open for another 2 hours?? The boba is great when you get it, but the hassle of actually getting it, isn't worth it unfortunately. The owners need to look into additional training and revamping their service to avoid losing business.

I came here again recently and the service was fast and the drink was amazing, I also loved the new menu! I have zero complaints unlike "B" who seems to delete and repost the same review. I had a wonderful time here and will come again!
