I visited Bobazona for the first time on Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised! My friend and I went in for boba and the staff took their time to explain all of our drink choice questions. As my drink was being prepared, my friend and I were talking about the gelato choices. One of the staff overhead and offered samples. I mentioned that we were celebrating my friend's birthday by grabbing a drink and going shopping, and my friend was offered a free small cup of gelato. Wow... just wow! That was so kind! Bobazona, your staff really takes care of its customers with their kindness and attentiveness. Because of them, you have a new customer!

The worker kept glaring at me the second i walked in. They/them was very rude and condescending towards me. I may not dress like 'the norm' but it doesn't mean i should be treated less than. They are not accepting here. Stay away

Drinks are pretty expensive for what you get. What irks me more is that they have a spin wheel that you can spin for a free prize IF you leave them a review. This is very misleading to the public. You think all these reviews are because of their product or service but it turns out that they paid for them all. Pretty grimy feel now.

I decided to go back to see what all the rave was about Dubai chocolate. Honestly, it's way too expensive for what you get. Maybe my palette isn't that sophisticated but it's not for me. Save your money. Drinks are still basic. Nothing special there. At least they aren't bribing for reviews anymore. They used to have a prize wheel where you get a free prize if you give them a 5 star review. This is illegal and probably why they stopped. Look back at the frequency of reviews...then it drops to a more normal level. I wouldn't trust the high rating since they were bribed.

Always super friendly, amazing drinks & treats. Tried the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup for the first time and it was surprisingly really delicious! 🤤 I also want to try their “dirty” drinks, didn’t know they had an espresso machine!

Loved the gelato. The thai tea was excellent. So was the customer service. Very patient with my needy aunts order. The coconut milk tea though left me disappointed. Tasted water down and burnt. Also the cups are subpar, too squishy. Cute tops though.
