We have lived nearby for almost a year, and finally made the stop in on my daughter's birthday. She loves Boba and that was her one request. The drinks were delicious! It was a cute atmosphere and we sat down as a family, enjoying the games and laughing with each other. It was a truly wonderful experience and we will definitely return.

Not what I had hoped for. I read tons of reviews before coming here. Drink was fine- a little more than I expected to pay, the barista said it was due to inflation, did not taste the gelato, thought the atmosphere was ok, service was ok.

What a pleasant surprise treat! I dropped off a package nearby and I noticed this little shop. My girls love the boba tea drinks and it’s nice they can get them caffeine free. I personally enjoy the gelato! We enjoy slowing down and enjoying our treats here while they play the provided games at the table. Highly recommend Bobazona! Yum!

I visited Bobazona for the first time on Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised! My friend and I went in for boba and the staff took their time to explain all of our drink choice questions. As my drink was being prepared, my friend and I were talking about the gelato choices. One of the staff overhead and offered samples. I mentioned that we were celebrating my friend's birthday by grabbing a drink and going shopping, and my friend was offered a free small cup of gelato. Wow... just wow! That was so kind! Bobazona, your staff really takes care of its customers with their kindness and attentiveness. Because of them, you have a new customer!
The drinks are great, but the customer service is awful. No smiles no welcoming in, they seem like they don't want to be there.

The worker kept glaring at me the second i walked in. They/them was very rude and condescending towards me. I may not dress like 'the norm' but it doesn't mean i should be treated less than. They are not accepting here. Stay away

Drinks are pretty expensive for what you get. What irks me more is that they have a spin wheel that you can spin for a free prize IF you leave them a review. This is very misleading to the public. You think all these reviews are because of their product or service but it turns out that they paid for them all. Pretty grimy feel now.
