Delicious, simple food all around. The Huevos Rancheros were absolutely perfect and the pancake was big and beautiful. Plus my coffee cup never even had the chance to get empty because service was so phenomenal. Is there a wait? Yeah, duh because its that good!
I don’t even know where to begin. Bobos was everything I want in a breakfast joint, and then some. The food? Incredible. Like, slap-your-mama good. Every bite felt like someone’s abuelita was back there throwing down in the kitchen with love and a little bit of magic. Pancakes the size of a hubcap, bacon cooked just right, eggs that actually tasted like eggs and not the rubbery sadness you get at chains. It was all just right.

First time I visited this place. Was seated as soon as I walked in, but I may have gone at a good time because they told me there is usually a wait. The staff was all friendly and welcoming, food came out very fast, and the pancakes were humongous!
