My favorite is the pork empanada with cilantro sauce. The fiesta empanada is also very good. This makes for a great takeout meal since they're so portable!

Our son wanted empanadas for his birthday, so we ended up here. We didn’t realize it was a Latin-Indian fusion place until we got there, but we also love Indian food and really enjoyed it. There were 5 of us so we tried most of the empanadas. They were all delicious. The flaky, buttery texture was different than others we’ve had but still tasty. If you’re bringing a picky eater or someone who doesn’t love Indian food, stick with the breakfast empanadas. The infused lemonades were also fantastic. We preferred the cabbage salad to the jicama salad. The lentils were great. We wish we had tried the dessert empanadas, but we were too full! Employees were helpful and the restaurant was clean. Prices were fair.

Customer service here is just really sad. If I could rate 0 I would. They are rude and accuse people of stealing and when shown proof otherwise, they will act like they don’t see anything. I tried calling management to make a complaint and was hung up on multiple time. When we told the worker we were calling management she responded with “I don’t care”. I believe said workers name was Alyssa, she kept hiding her name tag. She was a heavier set girl with glasses and dark hair. I would not recommended eating here with this kind of customer service. If management is willing to reach out to me I am willing to talk things out.

Their empanadas are very pretty. I tried 1 samosa and 1 “breakfast” of ham, cheese and potatoes. I liked the second one better. Jamaican water is super delicious. The girl is very nice and explained the flavors to us in Spanish.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If you want to waste your money and be treated with the utmost DISrespect, then eat here. Not only was the mediocre food overpriced for such small portions, but the lack of customer service was downright horrid. After messing up my order, I requested a refund and was met with aggression and insults. In Bombole, the customer is always wrong, no matter the issue. If you have any problems, multiple staff members will argue with you and force you to try to de-escalate the situation. I had the misfortune of having to come back in and request a receipt for my refund and was absolutely insulted by how they spoke to me and accused me. This was my first time ever eating here and I will NEVER come back. The staff raised their voice at me and insulted me when I voiced my concern over my incorrect order. Not only have I never been treated this way by restaurant staff, but as a former food industry worker myself, I have never been treated this way by a customer. Save yourself the disappointment and the anger and avoid Bombole, and choose a different restaurant.

Chicken potato empanada is delicious. Rice is good. Black beans were primarily bean broth. Green salsa is delicious but not enough for this size plate. Ridiculous price for extra salsa.
