Another of the "only in Tucson" finds- Bombole is a fantastic local establishment with mouth-watering meals at reasonable prices! Def we will be returning.

Shaded patio seating is lovely

Parking: There is a paid park lot just 1/8 mile north west on Pennington.
Their empanadas are very pretty. I tried 1 samosa and 1 “breakfast” of ham, cheese and potatoes. I liked the second one better. Jamaican water is super delicious. The girl is very nice and explained the flavors to us in Spanish.

Vegetarian options: Samosa empanadas, vegetables, spinach with cheese. Sides: salads, lentils
