Been coming and enjoying the Pizza for nearly 10 years and until today have been happy. Today my slice of Pepperoni and Mushrooms was barely warm, toppings generally uncooked and crust as droopy as Popeye’s chin! I’ll try one more time because of my loyalty till now…probably. Lots of good eats to choose from on 4th Ave. Counter help was very good however.

We placed a pick up order & when we got there they had us sit in the lobby, 30 minutes go by & we still haven’t received our pizza so I go up there just for them to tell me it’s been done but no one called our name. The pizza itself was not cooked enough it was too doughy.. sooo disappointed

The pizza ain’t bad, but their system is a joke. The lady behind the pizza counter proceeded to make four or five entire pies until she found five seconds to put my two slices in the oven 15-20 minutes later. There was no line. No other people waiting and she went ahead and made five online orders while I watched at the pizza counter They do things quick in Brooklyn and this place is slow as molasses and not worthy of the name. I've ordered online twice from them and both times they messed a part of my order up. And the manager offers me 2 free toppings next time I'm in. Sorry I won't be coming back. Food is good usually and affordable I just haven't had the best of luck here.
