As a regular visitor to Bruegger's Bagels (river location) over the past two months, I felt compelled to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I consistently receive, particularly from two remarkable team members: Saleh and Benjamin.
From my very first visit, it became clear that Saleh and Benjamin are not just employees; they truly enjoy their jobs. Their infectious smiles and warm greetings create an inviting atmosphere that makes each visit feel special. No matter how busy the shop gets, they always take the time to engage with customers.
Saleh's attention to detail is commendable. Whether it's ensuring my bagel is perfectly toasted, he goes above and beyond to enhance my experience. His positivity and enthusiasm are truly contagious!
Benjamin, on the other hand, brings a unique flair to the team. His friendly banter and genuine interest in getting to know customers create a welcoming environment that keeps me coming back day after day. It's not just about the delicious bagels; it's the personal touch that makes all the difference.
Their entire team is wonderful, welcoming, and enjoyable. I love this location on River.

There was some guy in there singing his mouth out loud with an earphone in I could barely hear the lady taking my order because of him I was gunna eat my food there but because of his obnoxious singing I didn’t stay I understand being in the back and singing but being in the front so golfing out loud in front of customer ordering is utterly ridiculous and shouldn’t be acceptable by the owners

Just went into this location. The girls making the food were friendly and seem to know what they were doing. The guy making coffee was unprofessional. Didn't know the menu and proceeded to give the worst cup of coffee that tasted like bitter chocolate milk. Gave attitude just because it was end of shift. You need to train your employees better or don't hire incompentent people.

I went there this morning excited about their huge muffins and bomb bagels. Wow! I guess this economy has taken its toll and they're tiny portions. Look at what I got for 7.80 and they only had blueberry muffins. (it was a full bagel not just half)
Great taste on the Brisket breakfast burger. Chocolate coffee not bad.

The eggs in my Farmhouse and egg and bacon bagel were covered in pepper. The peppers got on everything and made everything taste only like black pepper. The taste was awful and I had to spit my food out.

I've been drinking smoothies here for about a year and today I thought my smoothie was watered down so I go back in to exchange it and they told me they have changed the recipe to the banana smoothie and that the smoothie is lighter than it was before so now a banana strawberry smoothie taste like water for 5 bucks
