You don't get what you paid for and the beverage refrigerator keeps things coolish at best.

You set the tone with how amazing your customer service was! Your smile lit up the room and make me want to just stay and have a conversation with you. Thanks for moving so fast and making the food taste so good. I’ve been here many times but never received service as good as I did today. I will be back. 6 stars.

I can't even rate the food because I ended up just putting my stuff back and leaving to go somewhere the employees would at least acknowledge my existence.
I know it won't actually matter what I rate them. Being in a small area of the airport, there's little to no competition, so there's no incentive to do any better.
The system is completely self-serve. Put in your own order. Scan your own items. One person after another struggled to figure out what to do, and not once did a single employee even greet or acknowledge anyone, much less offer assistance. I got lucky that someone who travels here frequently was in line, and she was nice enough to help me and the lady next to me with the system.
After no customer service whatsoever and struggling to place my own order, then the self-service kiosk defaults to an 18% tip lol (yes, I realize you can change it, I was just already pissy at that point). I just cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Setting up a system where employees completely ignore the customers is bad enough. Trying to get me to tip them 18%+ to ignore me was just slightly more than what I'm willing to put up with.

Choose only as a last option. Wait times are unacceptable, food delivery by rude staff is mediocre at best, and prices have unadvertised surcharges that are added for the convenience of paying by card (the only option btw) The ordering is done via kiosk, and it wanted a tip.... lol...
Either eat before check in, or tuff it out.

I was the only one in line, the girl did make my sandwich fairly quickly despite talking away to her male coworker and barely paid attention to what I had ordered. put the sandwich in the bag and called my name, no drinks brought out, I asked what about my cold brew, didn't get a comment as she was still busy talking to someone else, pulled a 1/2 full pitcher from under the cabinet (which tasted old), pour3d it and brought it to the counter, called my name and walked away, I asked where is my water, she said in the cooler. OK. excuse me for asking and not knowing where it is. Another customer pointed it out it was at the beginning of the line. Nasty tasting brew. Her service didn't deserve the tips O was asked to give at the self order screen. By the way, when first there, I asked about a certain sandwich some other lady said I can build my own, she left, I'm scrolling through couldn't find that option. I asked outloud where do I find the build your own sandwich, noone from behind the counter answered, so I just picked any sandwich as my plane was about to leave.

The only reason this business still exists might be because it is one of only three outlets in the airport. The staff are the most indifferent and rude bunch that I have encountered. Someone asked for a straw and the guy said, “go find it in the bar down the aisle”, I asked if they have some hot sauce and the response was a curt “No”. Food was not good and the service made it worse. Avoid it unless everything else is closed

Airport location recently added self serve kiosks. It does not speed up the ordering process and offers no personalization or interaction with staff. It takes just as long to get your food. And it still asks you to tip? Nahhhhh

Where to begin. The service and atmosphere at the airport Brueggers Begal was a real treat. Based on my encounter with the employees, on 6/16/2025 at approx 10:07am, they were rude, disrespectful and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them when you ask for help. Not to mention, they ALL ignore you.
The order was a vanilla cream cold brew, where is says the cream and vanilla are mixed together and there was no vanilla and no creamer added to the drink and when I walked up to the counter they all ignored you and even more so, I was able to get one ladies attention and nicely told here it had no vanilla nor creamer and she looked directly at me and walked away. Then I got another ladies attention, who seemed to be a shift-lead of some sort and she had an annoyed look and says “you need to stir the drink, the vanilla is at the bottom” and I said even so, there is still no creamer and she says “you can add your own cream off to the side with little creamers from the regular coffee section” then she walked away.
The drink was supposed to be fully made behind the counter not have the customer open 10 mini creamers to add cream and not to mention there is still no vanilla sweeter.
Someone of leadership really needs to work with these employees and teach them customer service.

Employee was unresponsive and mean. People were struggling with using the kiosk and the employee ignored the request for assistance. No coffee when we arrived.Disgrace to the Bruggers brand.

Seriously good food. People need to chill on the service review. They get paid a rough wage and have to handmake these sandwiches. I honestly think this bagel recipe stacks up to some of the best bagels I've had. The price to feed a family of four was fair.

4.5 Coffee was kinda sub par for a place with such great food. Staff food team was amazing and made all the food with perfection. Staff was friendly and responsive.
+ Prices / value great, especially for airport
+ One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had anywhere hands down.
