Hash brown was still frozen in the middle, asked them to reheat it and then it was still cold the second time so gave up on that. Bagel sandwich was very sad , unevenly cut, bacon was not the normal brueggers bacon, and then I found a long hair literally in the sandwich between the cheese (that wasn’t even warm despite the slight toasting that had occurred) and the bread — at that point the rest of the sandwich joined the hash brown in the trash. Genuinely so bad, even for an airport. Just get food at your connection.

1:45p on a Wednesday. Very fast, bagel options were limited due to time of day. $10 for a decent amount of smoked salmon!

Bad customer service, makes fun of people like they are not there. The bagel was okay.

Come on guys. So many little things that could be done to make this better - need management/owners to audit this location. The service was friendly and efficient and when I got my food it tasted really good. They were out of napkins (and this is messy food), and they were also out of brisket. EVERYONE was ordering brisket which was then met with “ohhhhhh sorry we’re out of brisket” —- need to put up a simple sign on the menu board saying “sold out” so people can decide on alternate selections before getting to register and then jamming everything up while they try to decide on an alternate. Some easy fixes would make a huge difference.

Poor customer service. Additionally ordered a caramel coldbrew which looked like a creamy cold brew drink. Instead was given black sugar water. Probably the worst coffee I have ever gotten anywhere.

I had a jalapeño breakfast bagel. It itched the scratch. I paired it with a caramel mochiato, which was really good. They had some hard customers before me and still pulled it off.

Ordered a smoked salmon with pumpernickel bagel, and a cold brew coffee. Tastes were great, same as I expected for a quick breakfast at the airport. Line up was long in the morning!

My first time at this Bruegger’s Bagels…
The Bruegger’s Bagels staff at the Tucson Airport were sadly not kind in demeanor and tone of voice this morning. All of the customers were commenting on the lack of smiling, and that they did not Care. One customer tried to make light of this most unpleasant situation by saying “Its okay, they identify as Kind”. In Stark Contrast… the Oro Valley Bruegger’s Bagels staff is Super Sweet on La Canada!

Went for a latte; however, unsurprisingly, their machine was broken. So asked for a cup of coffee, and they handed me a cup, sent me to go get it myself, and then acted morose when I didn’t tip. Really? You literally just handed me a cup. At least the coffee was hot, but was full of grounds at the bottom of the cup.

The cashier didn't smile the whole time I ordered and waited for my food. Then the cook botched my order. Adding insult to injury, the cook rolled her eyes when I asked for the mistake to be corrected. All in all, lots of bad energy. I sent a note to the company on my receipt, but never heard back from them. Nobody cares!

It is an early morning time and the line to order Bagels is growing. Bruegger's must address this issue and open multiple cash counters at least for the morning sessions yet, one does stand in the queue for those mouth-watering Bagels.

This is the saddest place I’ve ever seen. The employees must hate it here.

There was a line of people with 3 people working. While one person was making coffee the other two were standing, chatting, laughing, and listening to music in their wireless earbuds. I used to work fast food, so I understand they may not be able to switch stations, might not be trained to do other things, or might just be new, but turning their backs to the line of people while chatting and laughing puts off a bad image and experience.

I ordered two bagels and asked for no cream cheese since they didn't have dairy free (I understand not everyone has dairy free options
It would be nice, but I understand this and am not upset over this)

After placing my order the girl bagged the bagels and went to hand them over. I asked if I could get them toasted and the register person replied by asking if I wanted the bagel cut in half.

I replied with a "sure" to which she rolled her eyes and asked one of the other girls working to please cut the bagel and toast it with an annoyed tone in her voice.

I understand that some things can take more time, I also understand how requests can back up a line, but if it's going to be an inconvenience or receive an eye roll with passive aggressiveness I'd rather it not be offered.

The bagels were indeed good though so there's that ?

Dietary restrictions: There's no dairy free options or meatless options from what I could see. Bagels were a maybe since I did not look up the ingredients, but there were no other options in the airport.

The person who took my order was incredibly rude: an older guy with a ponytail and a red T-shirt. When I approached the register, I said hello and asked, "May I have a cold brew?" (There was a large panel advertising cold brew on their menu.) He said, "You can have iced coffee, regular coffee, or what's in the cooler over there." I said, "Okay then, may I please have an iced coffee?" He asked if I wanted anything else, so I ordered a sandwich. He said okay and walked about 2 feet away. I finished paying as he turned to his coworker and said, "Have you noticed that we never used to sell iced coffee until they put that picture up?" He continued, saying, "It just shows how stupid people are. No one used to order it, but now when they see a picture, they're like, 'duhhhhhh.'" He said this right in front of me. I asked, "Should I wait over there?" He said, "You can do whatever you want, but your drink will be over there." I said, "Okay, thanks," and waited for the other employee to make my food. (The food was fine.)

Based on other reviews, this guy has been here for a while, treating customers like this. He was openly hostile with no provocation. People have been complaining, but no one is doing anything about it.

All these employees but no actual workers. It took me 30 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. That needs to be corrected.
