Visiting from out of state and stopped in for a quick breakfast. Reviews are spot on. Orders are efficient. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Space is clean. Customer service is top notch. Bathrooms spotless. Lots of bagel choices and tough to choose which one. Western is so good on a Garlic bagel. Loved having the option to do egg whites. Definitely recommend this bagel shop!

This was my third attempt to order from here. Two previous attempts were accepted then cancelled moments before delivery was expected. This time ordered for pick up Walked in and advised was there for a pick up immediately felt interrogated wanting to know when and how the order was placed. Very RUDELY. I believe cashier was Ian. Order was expected to be ready at 155 I got there at 205 and was met with annoyance and irritation of my existence in their establishment. After being advised the order would be ready in a few moments with no acknowledgement or apologies of the way I was treated or that the food was not ready I walked to check on my vehicle as I assumed this was going to be a quick in and out as I turned the corner and was walking back to the counter it was MORE THEN EVIDENT Ian his coworker and another customer were talking about it and as uncomfortable as I already felt this only made it was way worse. Will never be back to this establishment. DO BETTER.
