Best bagels in town. Customer service is better than the other bagel place in town. Ample parking. Our favorite spot😊

Came here with a big group of people at 5:30am on a road trip. We felt bad but Carla was extremely fast and super nice. Best bagel shop for sure!

No opportunity to substitute items without full cost of added items and no substitution - you still got the things that you didn’t want on the side. Who does that and sustains customer satisfaction?
It made my order three dollars more expensive than an already expensive item. doubt I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

I come here consistently and I always order a bagel with cream cheese and ham, but about 90% of the time they forget the ham. I have been brushing it off for a while, but it’s happened at least 5 times now and I’m heavily considering just going to another location. I enjoy the food and I understand being busy, but when it happens this many times I can’t ignore it.

Very nice and helpful staff! They were able to make the Sante Fe Turkey sandwich that I used to get years ago and it was fresh and delicious! Thank you!

You’re better off going to Bubbe’s bagels.

We purchase a baker's dozen about every two weeks. They slice The bagels by hand not by slicing machine which doesn't do a very good job.

It's too bad that the pumpernickel bagels are inconsistent. Sometimes they look normal and sometimes they look like hockey pucks.

The poppy seed bagel was chewier than nkrmal and very light spread on the cream cheese.
The competition has a superior product and a more generous spreading.
