I come here consistently and I always order a bagel with cream cheese and ham, but about 90% of the time they forget the ham. I have been brushing it off for a while, but it’s happened at least 5 times now and I’m heavily considering just going to another location. I enjoy the food and I understand being busy, but when it happens this many times I can’t ignore it.

We purchase a baker's dozen about every two weeks. They slice The bagels by hand not by slicing machine which doesn't do a very good job.
It's too bad that the pumpernickel bagels are inconsistent. Sometimes they look normal and sometimes they look like hockey pucks.

The poppy seed bagel was chewier than nkrmal and very light spread on the cream cheese. The competition has a superior product and a more generous spreading.

I go here on a regular basis. I almost always get the same thing just because I like it so much, and I am never disappointed. I have tried some other things, but it's funny because my friend who first took me there about 25 years ago suggested the sandwich that I get and said that once I got that one, that would be all I wanted. She was right LOL. Everything bagel, not toasted, ham cheddar lettuce mayonnaise tomato. 😋🤤🥯 SO good every single time. And everyone there is so friendly every time I go in. Thank you all, and I'll see you soon!

Very rude, moody and informal women working here Thursday morning. Making it well known they don't want to be there. You could finally see her face light up a little when I asked her for a very simple accommodation that she could have easily made, and she was wholly excited to tell me no. Oh, and their bacon is literally raw uncooked rubber 100% of the time.
