While my experience has usually been good here, on my birthday we bought 2 dozen bagels. The damn things were so flat they can fit into a normal toaster without being cut in half. The bagels weren't shown to us before we paid, and we discovered how awful they were when we got home. Calling does no good - no one answers the phone but if this is how they now do business I would recommend finding another place to buy bagels.

Love these bagels. They truly are the best bagels in my opinion. We always order the bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagels and they are great! The jalapeño cream cheese is the best too.Parking: Parking in this plaza is tight.

I just wanted to share how grossed out I was after ordering my bagel and peanut butter to see the employee go straight from serving up meat to handling my food. Not exactly sure what the point of gloves is for if you're not going to be sanitary with cross contamination.Vegetarian options: That's great but what about the vegan options and also the sanitary measures you take to honor those vegan and vegetarian customers ???

For coming in right before work, the line moved fairly quickly and the order was correct. The line CSRs were great. Cashier was a 2. No eye contact, check out was done with minimal effort. Maybe having a bad day. Atmosphere too loud with line and cashiers yelling out specialty items .
