I don’t normally post reviews to places like this, chains, franchises, etc. Not for any particular reason but mainly just because I choose to spend my time on reviewing local places. I chose to do this one today because I was completely in awe of the service and eggfiency (see what I did there) of this establishment. I walked in and was immediately irritated that there were five people in front of me, eggspecially (did it again) since I chose to stop here bc there was only one car in front. My immediate reaction was that I should have gone through the drive through fast food place I originally intended to. That entire thought process changed quickly. The staff here is phenomenal. They understand the needs of their customers, they work in an amazing group like, the service is phenomenal, they have it down! Bravo to this BB location!!👏👏😊😊

Order through the app so service is always fast and the food is good. Do not like the attitude of the over weight blonde that works there, I think she is the manager. She really needs to learn so manners. I would get my bagels elsewhere if there was somewhere closer. Until then I will have to go here. Bruegger's should really look into this if they care about their customers.
