Stopped in on our trip to Tucson before a day at the Reid Zoo. Friendly staff and good food.

Order through the app so service is always fast and the food is good. Do not like the attitude of the over weight blonde that works there, I think she is the manager. She really needs to learn so manners. I would get my bagels elsewhere if there was somewhere closer. Until then I will have to go here. Bruegger's should really look into this if they care about their customers.

The bagel sandwiches are made right in front of you. Fresh bagels. Excellent staff

Had the Vermonter. It was great. All of our choices were amazing. The staff was so great at helping us make choices and making food accommodations. It was busy but they get the orders out quickly.

Staff is friendly. Bacon is terrible (paper thin and extremely soggy & undercooked). The bagels & other ingredients were good. Prices are reasonable. Coffee is excellent. Just kinda bummed that I spent money on a breakfast sandwich just to take off the pitiful "protein." Restaurant seemed clean. Nice, cozy little autumn cafe vibe. Sobe on tap is nice. I'll be back to try something without bacon.

I’ve been regularly coming here for 2 years and today will be the last time. I always come in before work and get either a bakers dozen of bagels or the Brunch box for my office. Today 1 ordered 2 brunch boxes which was $80 plus tax and I tipped $12 bucks so my total was almost $100. When I got to the office my coworkers discovered the cream cheese had black mold growing on it. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, the expiration date even said good until October, but what rubbed me the wrong way was that they didn’t even bother to apologize. Basically nothing was said or done beside just saying I can go get a new one. I wasn’t expecting anything for free, but an apology for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back when I needed to be at work isn’t that hard. I did not feel like an appreciated or valued customer in that moment.
