The employees at this establishments are very friendly and personable. Natasha, the general manager. Is a very good leader? That has excellent customer service skills. I start going to burgers because your bagels are always so fresh and I love the variety that you offer keep up the good work with the customer service. Because that is hard to come by nowadays. Ordered from uber eats from the business. I got an egg and cheese breakfast bagel and a side hashbrown. They no longer have hashbrowns, instead of leaving it off or calling me they added sausage. I didn't want sausage, otherwise I would have ordered that kind of bagel. Now I can't get a refund from them or uber eats. Please follow the order and if you can't learn how to communicate to the customer.
