Excellent bagels and appreciate the efficient service. Not a big fan of how tight the lobby can get, especially with customers who lack the critical evolutionary trait called self-awareness, but I just step-out and come back in a couple mins if I have a larger order. A definite highlight of Tucson's culinary offerings 👍

Tucson local with a couple locations. These are authentic and some of the best bagels I've found outside the NJ/NY area!
Although the bagels are excellent, I will never go back to this location ever again. The staff is extremely rude and does not seem to respect their customers. I had witnessed on multiple occasions the staff talking down and treating other customers very rudely. They seem to get overwhelmed at times when it is busy and their frustration pours over to the customers. The younger blonde staff member i witnessed getting very frustrated with a customer who was just simply trying to order food. It made me feel uncomfortable like she was going to take her frustration out on me next. I hope that other customer finds a better place to spend their money somewhere where they are appreciated as i am going to do the same. Just an overall poor experience for some place that has great food.

This is the best place in Tucson to get a bagel. The staff are super quick and friendly, and the store is always clean and organized when I go in. Nice outdoor space to eat there, if you so choose
