There’s no denying the bagels are delicious, but the service is bad. I have loved this bagel shop and I tell everyone to try it, but my most recent visit has changed my mind. I was interrupted while ordering and told that the way I ordered my bagel was wrong and that I should start over to make it easier for the person taking my order. It came off very rude, and honestly ruined my experience. After reading other reviews that mention rude service, I figured I would add my own two cents, since it is clear the problem has not been resolved.

These are about as close to NYC bagels that you can get in Arizona. They are a good balance of chewy on the inside and crusty on the outside. The nova spread ok, nothing special. It was more spread than nova. The egg salad was pretty good as well.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, and this is what I received (see image). Contacted them - via their website - to quietly inform them as sometimes workers have bad days, etc. but they didn't respond. I presume the implication is they aren’t bothered with poor service or lack of quality food. The egg weighed 30 grams…not a full egg. The objective of dining out / ordering “takeout” is whilst you pay more - in exchange - one receives the benefit of not having to cook. Needless to say, I paid for the “fine bagel” and had to cook eggs to go with it. Diner beware. Clearly, my family and I won’t be returning though we’ve been loyal for quite some time now. And I’ll be certain to share this experience and their lack of follow-up over and over again.

Best bagels in town. Stands up to any bagel you’d get in New York. And the homemade cream cheese is delicious.

delish place with authentic new york bagels. so much better than the chains around town. definitely recommend going before 11 while the bagels are still fresh, it makes a big difference. they also offer day old bagels at a discount.

employees are kind and speedy, everyone saying the service is “rude” would be eaten alive on the east coast😂

So good! I ate the literal perfect bagel today. Salted bagel, toasted, with dill pickle cream cheese. Sooooo good!

This place made a cancer patient stand outside in 100+ degree heat because they didn't want to allow my support animal in their shop.

My first time here and my last. If you're handicapped, do NOT shop here.

No handicapped parking, then they make a cancer patient stand outside in the 100+ sun because they don't allow support animals. I won't ever shop here again.

Got the everything bagel with green onion schmear and then plain bagel with plain schmear. Probably the best bagels I’ve had in Tucson. Number one thing I hate is a weak schmear but these guys got it perfect and the bagels were toasted perfectly. The place is kinda small so no place to sit down and enjoy them there, but perfect for take out!

Just meh. Better bagels than you’ll get a grocery store, but not worth going out of your way for. On par with the larger bagel chains (Bruegger’s, Einstein’s).
