Can’t speak more highly of our server Deniza! During a busy UFC night, we were tucked into a corner outside far from view due to seating availability (no one’s fault but our own for arriving late) our server made sure we were checked on consistently and made accommodations for my pregnant girlfriend to be in the AC once she got too hot. I’ll be back again for the next ufc fight because of Deniza’s amazing service!

Service was horrible while ordering any item they didn’t have was just shut down very rude the order was wrong. There was no service basically no refills no check ins no utensil no napkins no service. Even when the order came out wrong right away they rolled their eyes. The host was not the best in being welcoming and polite even leaving was very awkward they were just staring at us. I will never come back here. I am not confrontational at all I did tip 10% but honestly I feel like it was not earned at all less than the bare minimum from start to finish is unbelievable

Ordered food and was not given an item that we paid extra for. Tried to call the restaurant to make things right and was hung up on 4 times. My wife was hung up on 3 times. Theyre still open at this time.
If you’re a decent looking female, expect to get dirty looks from staff . Full of hating females lol

It comes down to one thing RANCH ! there’s 1,322 restaurants in all 50 states and US territories But what it really comes down to how the hell are you gonna have wings? OK and call yourself Buffalo wild wings win the ranch dressing. I have tasted cheap and gross. I’ve had better ran at e.g.‘s. I’ve had better ranch at.Wing Stop ! An a cute local pizzeria called NO ANCHOVIES by far the places I’ve named have the best ranch and puts yours next to Great value ranch I mean, you don’t get any lower than that and most people who love wings probably agree you can’t have wings without good ranch so if I were you, I’d fix that considering you’re a multibillion restaurant

Terrible service, I just looked up BWW near me on my phone and ended up not going. I get this........ "Please rate your experience." 5 days later. Terrible company. WHY AM I SEEING THIS ?
Food was ok but the service was incomparable. Gabe never let our cups run empty and consistently checking in and had a great attitude.

Shout out to the night Manager Fred !!! We placed an order for delivery and our food never arrived . We called restaurant and spoke with Fred he went above and beyond he reached out to Door Dash for us and helped us replace our order!! Excellent Customer service, Management!!!

My family and I love going to BWW but this time around it wasn’t what we are used to sent back my 6wings and still came out cold, my husband’s wings where cold as well, when my wings came out they looked like dog food super upset and as well my father in law had cold fries, this was just a disappointment hopefully you guys get your stuff back together soon.
