Getting to be ridiculous…placed order ahead, told it would be ready at 19:50…20 minutes later still waiting on my order. This has been happening more and more of late. Place a pick up order, to get here and have to wait for 15minuted to get order; *IF* it is correct…got shorted 10 wings on last order..missing fries on another…crazy

If I could give zero stars I would, this location is a joke… Food and service is terrible. Our waitress forgot our food, almost an hour we waited for the new sampler plate, nothing crazy… I finally asked her if she knew when our food would be ready she said let me check…. And of course she comes out with our food saying it was just finished… which is such BS because it was barely warm and tasted old… she gave no apologies and carried on. This is the second bad review I’ve given this location for the same reason. I only tried again since my husband was a fan but never again. $80 dollars for 2 down the drain for disgusting food and terrible service.

The service was great but the wings were terrible. We could barely bite into them and they were like chewing leather. They must have been yesterdays and they were trying to pawn them off on lunch customers!

Food was cold when I got it service was slow even though they weren't busy and the place was dirty and the men's bathroom was DISGUSTING
I don’t remember my server’s name (long black hair, tattoo sleeves & this was 10/9/25 in the afternoon), but she was kind & attentive while simultaneously taking care of a bunch of tables, so hopefully, she gets the credit she deserves.
As for the food, I ordered the beer cheesesteak & my one complaint is that it is pretty small, but it tastes great AND they did give me a surprisingly large amount of fries, so thankfully it was enough food overall for me to get full. I don’t know when, but I’ll be going back for more.

The hostess was INCREDIBLY rude to us as we picked up a doordash order. She inquired if we were picking up a mobile order, and we confirmed the information. When she realized it was actually a DOORDASH, she actually rolled her eyes and groaned, to then inform us that is NOT a mobile order and if we opened our eyes we would see the doordash pickup....a new thing since a pickup last week. She was am older lady in her 40s, red lipstick....just no reason to be so miserable. We are already doordashing, life is obviously hard enough.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Makes it very difficult to deliver and make money. Management did nothing. I will notify doordash and red flag them so I never have to do deliveries for them again.
