Clarissa was great, amazing service and always had a smile. B dubs food has always been average, which is what we expected but I'm giving 5 stars because our server was outstanding. The $10 app deal is pretty nice rn too.

Picked up the new deal—20 bone-in wings with fries and 4 ranches or veggies. I ordered two of these combos and got home to find only 2 ranches total between both orders. Really frustrating, especially for a pickup order—you expect everything to be right since you’re not checking it until you’re already home.
Called in and was just told I could either come back or get a refund for the ranch. That’s not helpful when I’m already home with hungry kids and cold food. The person who answered just said, “Well, that’s all I can do.” Honestly, it reminded me why we stopped buying wings from Buffalo in the first place.
Also, the new 20-wing deal advertises four flavors, but they weren’t packaged separately—so the hot sauces mixed, and some of the “mild” wings meant for the kids were way too spicy.
Definitely disappointed and not planning to come back anytime soon.
Sat down today at 2pm, Waitress said to sit where we like so we sat in a booth towards the front. Sat there for 10 minutes and mind you it wasn’t busy at all! No one came up to us at all to accommodate us. So we walked out.

Went last night with the family...we all left disappointed. Our server was great but the food was terrible. The grill was broken and they were only able to fry things. We put in for an appetizer and it came out within 10 minutes. Not bad, 3 of us out in our order with my husband waiting at least 5 minutes after us because he was still deciding. He ultimately decided on nachos and with 3 minutes they put it down in front of him. Chicken wasntncold but not hot or even warmed up, queso was room tempand his came out despite waiting longer then the other people in our group. The wings were good but skimped on the sauce and the carrots and celery were OLD. BABY CARROTS WERE INCREDIBLY DRY TURNING WHITE AND THE CELERY WAS BENDABLE. There was not a lot of customers. I'd say more staff then customers. Maybe football season is where they excel or we just went on an off night.
