Clarissa was great, amazing service and always had a smile. B dubs food has always been average, which is what we expected but I'm giving 5 stars because our server was outstanding. The $10 app deal is pretty nice rn too.

Picked up the new deal—20 bone-in wings with fries and 4 ranches or veggies. I ordered two of these combos and got home to find only 2 ranches total between both orders. Really frustrating, especially for a pickup order—you expect everything to be right since you’re not checking it until you’re already home.
Called in and was just told I could either come back or get a refund for the ranch. That’s not helpful when I’m already home with hungry kids and cold food. The person who answered just said, “Well, that’s all I can do.” Honestly, it reminded me why we stopped buying wings from Buffalo in the first place.
Also, the new 20-wing deal advertises four flavors, but they weren’t packaged separately—so the hot sauces mixed, and some of the “mild” wings meant for the kids were way too spicy.
Definitely disappointed and not planning to come back anytime soon.

Sat down today at 2pm, Waitress said to sit where we like so we sat in a booth towards the front. Sat there for 10 minutes and mind you it wasn’t busy at all! No one came up to us at all to accommodate us. So we walked out.

Went last night with the family...we all left disappointed. Our server was great but the food was terrible. The grill was broken and they were only able to fry things. We put in for an appetizer and it came out within 10 minutes. Not bad, 3 of us out in our order with my husband waiting at least 5 minutes after us because he was still deciding. He ultimately decided on nachos and with 3 minutes they put it down in front of him. Chicken wasntncold but not hot or even warmed up, queso was room tempand his came out despite waiting longer then the other people in our group. The wings were good but skimped on the sauce and the carrots and celery were OLD. BABY CARROTS WERE INCREDIBLY DRY TURNING WHITE AND THE CELERY WAS BENDABLE. There was not a lot of customers. I'd say more staff then customers. Maybe football season is where they excel or we just went on an off night.

Honestly, I’ve came here numerous times and I do like the staff. I usually have good experiences at this location and the food is good for the price. I was very disappointed in the consideration that they had considering the dinning experience me and some others had. Luckily it wasn’t very busy but the fire alarms went off, blaring! And I mean blaring! It was so loud but nevertheless I’ve always had good service from the staff. I had checked the time and the fire alarm went off around 3:00pm, mind you, my food had already came out and I was expecting it to stop in no time soon. I left at 3:50pm and can confirm it did not. Along with, there was no compensation or not even a sorry from the manage or person in charge. Only our very kind waitress. For this to be going on about an hour, and I’m sure longer after I left. I was very disappointed in how we couldn’t even get atleast maybe a discount for the inconvenience. Especially since this alarm was very loud and flashing lights indoors, there were people covering their ears, like myself just trying to contain it. Fire department came too and nothing. I understand it was not the staffs fault, which I do not hold responsible but for the manager or higher up to not be very remorseful and considerate of our compliance as good customers, I find myself feeling taken advantage of my kindness and patience! If you ever find yourself in this situation again Buffalo Wild Wings, please go above and beyond for your customers!

Me a my family ate here on Jan 1st. Soon as we walked in we were treated poorly. We waited 5 mins and it was at lease 20 seats available. Then our waiter took 20 mins to come to us. They never told us about any special they had. When the waiter finally order our drinks we were ready to order our food. The food came out fast but it was cold. The fries were hard. We also order 30 wings and when they came out it was all flats. I asked the waiter why did we have all flats and the idiot says it's the luck of the draw. How u order 30 wings and don't get 1 drumstick? This is drunk food not good food. I will never return. Waist of 70 bucks with rude staff.
Too loud, even early afternoon when there isn't a crowd. We go less and less.

My boyfriend and I came here with some friends and he had paid for our drinks and meal with two different male servers.
Later in the night his card was charged up to $3800. Several charges added up and was used to purchase gift cards and using it for games.
It’s the holidays. I get people need money to get gifts, but to use a customers information like this is fraudulent.
Please be aware of the employees here and the transactions they do. And how long they take. If I were you I would watch the employees charge your card. They must have taken a picture of his card and used it because this was the last and only places he used his card.
