My first time here I come in order a $9 shot and open my tab.. added a jello shot. Was told I could move my tab to a friend's tab so I got my card back and then when I ordered another shot with cash the bartender Shawn or Sean idk how he spells it was giving the worst attitude... I made the mistake of assuming he was a good bartender with good customer service that he was gonna give me patron. But When I tasted the shot it was obviously wells.. I asked him if it was wells and he said obviously, with the worst attitude ever. Said I should have been more specific on what I wanted (I agree) I should have. My friend asked why he was being rude, he said said we weren't paying for our drinks and told us not to speak to him and we could order from the next bartender on shift. When Robin the next bartender came in Shawn was updating her on the situation and was pointing at us and then she had the audacity to throw us and stank attitude as well... Not to mention my card was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED AND IT WAS CHARGED FOR A SHOT AND THE JELLO SHOT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY FRIENDS TAB WHO WAS ALSO CHARGED FOR THE SHOT AND JELLO SHOT. So he double charged us and gave extremely bad customer service... I really wanted to like this bar... The customers were a vibe and Good people but the service was horrible... I'm honestly disappointed... I'm also a generous tipper and I was gonna tip them before I left but yeah I don't know I'm just disgusted with how I was treated today...

They wanted two forms of ID for entry. I’m thirty years old, have lived in Tucson my whole life, and have never once experienced this at a bar in town. Maybe they got in trouble for letting in underage patrons, I’m not sure why they have the policy — but as someone who only carries cash and a driver’s license, I can’t even go here anymore. I most definitely do not look underage, it seems like this is just their policy for everyone. Very strange, will be taking my business elsewhere.

The oldest dive bar on Tucson. The walls are completely tagged but customers. $5 small pitcher of Coors. The give Happy Minute coins for free drink @ 6pm everyday! Awesome.

Workers are aggressive and extremely rude, not the owners fault of course. The place itself is okay, but the workers there are the type of people you wanna stay away from, they make you feel uncomfortable and definitely aren’t nice.
