Impressive for airport food! Save yourself some $ and skip the overpriced fries-but be sure to enjoy the burger of your choice here. You can build your own burger or pick a built-for-me burger. Counter service-you order and they grill the burgers in front of you. Eating area in front of the service area or you can eat it at the gate OR down the concourse at Thunder Canyon Brewery Bar (and enjoy a nice local brew with your burger!)

GET YOUR RECEIPT!!!! Be sure to get a receipt in case you get shorted on your order like I did. The lady cooking was messing up so many orders while we were there. The cashier was helpful and friendly. Better yet, don't even chance it and eat somewhere else.

DON’T GO HERE!!! Don’t know how the food was. Waited 45 minutes and never got our order. We had to start boarding the plane. Hopefully they actually refund my card. Definitely don’t trust them to get that correct. Never again Built, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Someone please call the health department at this place. Lady at the register while taking my order turned around grabbed a burger patty with her hands and put it on a bun. Same gloved hands she been using to take money and work the register. I paid. 14 dollars for this order to to throw in the trash!!! Wonder how many illness this place is responsible for. DISGUSTING. It's hilarious when she asks you what you want but doesn't listen to a word you say!!! AVOID!!!

We wanted to grab a quick burger before our flight. Service was terribly slow for an airport food spot. Food wasn't that great, either
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Fresh cooked for the order which took about 8 minutes. Great service and great food. Also had French fries which was a good portion.

I should have look at reviews before buying a burger and fries. The bad news is “grease” … the good new is that there is more grease on the walls and glass sneeze guards than on the burger, fries and paper bags our meal came in.

I'm not a big fan of airport restaurants but, I ordered a cheeseburger combo with tater tots and it was excellent! The burger was cooked fresh as were the tater tots. As for the tater tots, those were the best tasting tater tots I've ever eaten. The gentleman who took my order then prepared my food was excellent and friendly. A perfect grab and fly meal.

Both A & M we're double-teaming on (1) order from the person ahead of me. I've worked in customer service before and i can say that this service was abysmal.Rather than have one person focus on cooking and the other taking food orders, they decided to ignore myself and another customer.When i asked them how long it would take to get help, I got "I don't know" from the male. An estimate would be nice rather than just watching them work and ignoring me. Fed up, i asked him what his name was and he said "I don't know."I asked the same to the female to which she did give me her name but I am absolutely in shock at the rudeness and lack of customer service skills.I ended up walking away and going elsewhere than giving my money to this business.
